1. GC: You will give us the condition of operations at the present time, giving any information that will insure the success of the operations and any information that will assist the operators in any way in bringing in this well. You will answer questions regarding this that I will ask you.
2. EC: Now, we find not much change in the operations from that as we have had here before. Only necessary that this be carried on to the depth of the seventy-eight (78) feet necessary to reach the production. The troubles as have been encountered in the caving and with lines will soon be through. The delays cause more work in cleaning out. This has delayed the making of hole. We will soon find, with the making of this depth, for the increase in the amount of oil, with gas, in this shale, gradually goes into the larger production, and only needs be kept open and working to bring the desired results. Keep on. We will find the production.
3. (Q) Are they drilling at present? (A) No. Preparations and stringing in. Some conditions regarding the pulley-wheel-belt.
4. (Q) Is there any condition of which the operators should be warned? (A) None other than those given as regarding the gas and the casing. The amount of water as is made is not a hindrance, unless hole left without operating too long. Then produces more of the cavings, giving trouble with the baler in operation. The greater the amount of shale as encountered at present, the greater the amount in production and the long life of same. We will produce in the beginning an increase, as given.
5. (Q) Considering conditions at present, when will they be able to start drilling? (A) In three to five hours.
6. (Q) After starting to drill, how long will it take to bring in this well? (A) Depending upon amount of time required in cleaning the depth necessary to make new hole. From eighteen to

twenty-four hours of drilling on new hole.
7. (Q) Any other suggestions regarding conditions? (A) None other than has been given. The change in line and in the belts and wheels all necessary to begin the operations.
