1. GC: You will have before you the well as being drilled on the lands of Madison Byron Wyrick in Bosque County, Texas, and all those associated with the drilling of same. You will give the conditions at the present time and answer the following questions regarding same: Would it be advisable under present conditions to rebuild derrick or to give up project? Would a shot be successful, and where should same be placed and how much should be used? Will you please tell use the cause of the fire and who is responsible for same? You will answer any other questions that might be asked regarding any of these.
2. EC: Yes, we have the operations here. These, as we find, are changed from that as we have had here before. Under the existing conditions, we would give that the better conditions would be to prepare and to shoot well. This, as we see, in its present form, condition, now, could not be shot in the very best place (in the bottom, see?) but with heavy shot in bottom and in the harder formations, the well would still bring production, see? Do not abandon the project, for this may yet be made a producing well.
3. The well and the surroundings, we find was fired from incendiary conditions, circumstance, from someone not there or about operations, caused the direct of the fire, see?
4. Then, the way to bring the better would be to place heavy shot in the bottom and in those places where the heavy lime, for this will bring the production from two sides.
5. (Q) How much should be used? (A) In all, at least two hundred fifty quarts soup.
6. (Q) Just where should this be placed - how deep? (A) The larger quantity in the bottom. Then at the other places where the heavy lime shows, see?
7. (Q) Will the casing have to be pulled? (A) No. See, with the well, we find the various depths, all the hard formations show in the well, see? In the latter formation we find, in the end at the present, that of the hardest and

of the more impregnated with the oil formations, see? Oil, as we see, is on two sides of the hole. In any of these, or either of these formations entering same, we would bring production both sides. Or, it may be drilled on the production by erection of derrick and continuing operations. Who's to blame? Because they didn't watch, as was given.
8. (Q) Just how did the fire start? (A) By matches and from the ones about the rig, see? with the oils and the gases as showing, see?
9. (Q) Should they continue to drill, how much farther should they go to bring in production? (A) Fourteen feet.
10. (Q) Would shooting well be the better plan? (A) Under circumstances at present, yes.
