Time of Reading Bosque County, 11:30 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. Texas.

1. GC: You will have before you the well being drilled on the lands of Madison Byron Wyrick in Bosque County, Texas, the conditions surrounding same, operations and operators, and will answer the following questions regarding same as I ask them.

2. EC: Yes, we have the well, the operations as are here on lands of Madison Byron Wyrick.

3. (Q) How much more lime will they encounter before breaking through, and the color of same? (A) The color will gradually change to near white, and there will in the present stratum be twenty-eight (28) feet.

4. (Q) Will they have to drill twenty-eight more feet before reaching production? (A) Twenty-eight more feet before reaching the production area again.

5. (Q) Are they drilling straight through this lime or on an oblique? (A) Near an angle of twenty-six (26).

6. (Q) Is the pay sand right under this lime? If not, what is the formation? (A) (Interrupting) IN this lime, for as we have given, they will make the successful termination of these operations, for there is production on three; yea four sides and bottom of the operations to the present time, and in any of these formations that show the stratum of oil in same may be made the producing well. Drill into that area in the six thousand fifty- six (6056), see?

7. (Q) How many feet of present lime have they drilled through? (A) Three.

8. (Q) How much longer should it take to drill to production? (A) Six to eighteen days.

9. (Q) What is the condition of sand lime drum and its brakes? Are they safe? (A) Unless same is caught by cavings, these will be successful in carrying through operations.

10. (Q) Will there be much further delay caused by cavings? (A) Only at certain intervals do we find that cavings cause

trouble at present. That at certain periods of the day and in certain action of drill line inside of hole.

11. (Q) What is the depth of the hole? (A) Six thirty-one. Six THOUSAND thirty-one (6031).

12. (Q) How do the operators feel now? Are they optimistic? (A) Some are optimistic. Some feel pessimistic, see? The operations should be carried out in the line of that as is held by the chief driller and the chief workman on hole.

13. (Q) Are you absolutely sure of production in this hole? (A) As given, the producing areas have been passed in each and every location as given in hole, and as is seen in the present ratio of the condition, that in the black lime is in the producing area, only the stratum in its relative position preventing the production, and this may, as seen, break through, and WOULD, with pressure produced by shot, see?

14. (Q) Should they shoot the hole? (A) As given, best to drill into same. As given, best to follow that line as is held by chief operator on same - see?

15. (Q) As given in last reading, why was production not brought in at that time? (A) As given.

16. (Q) Are there conditions regarding any of the machinery, or anything of which they should be warned? (A) Only of those conditions relative to the gases as come from same. Be warned of those. These will be made a producing hole, see? Then keep to that way as given?

17. That is all the questions.
