1. EC: The seat of the trouble, the abnormal condition of the body begins from the youth, years back. In the body we have two poles acting to the living body, the kidneys and the liver, the active principles are the same as two poles of electricity in the body, those which give life to the body. The liver is the stronger, excretive and secretive. The kidneys secreting, taking from the system the impurities. That is the use of these organs. The overtaxing of these organs with the kidneys has produced in the system lack of power for this organ now to work properly, hence the system at times in attempting to eliminate the impurities has overtaxed the secretive organs of the liver. At those times we have secretions from the kidneys carried back into the system using particles back into the blood thence to the rebuilding forces in different parts of the body. Hence condition in muscular contraction, lymphatics and emunctories overcharged which produced this overtaxing over the system extending to the smaller parts of the back, the end of the 2nd lumbar [plexus], forearms and knees. The activity of the life of this body which it has led in recent years has bettered its conditions, else we would have these troubles set up to the extent that would have produced worse conditions; rheumatism, paralysis, ataxia, lumbago and such like. The activity and mental state of this body is such that it keeps its mental faculties working and assisting, but the lack of the liver and kidneys to act and secrete overtaxes the weaker pole serving the stronger. To correct these conditions and bring this body back to normal; use such activities to the system the whole body, as exercise which will enliven the glands of the kidneys and of the muscles and nerve tissues feeding to these, the lumbar and solar plexus, 1, 2, and 3rd cervicals. Taking these exercises daily assisting the system with the proper kind of food and water, we'll find the body will come to a normal condition. Water should be that of silica, lithia, and iron. Food stringent diet, not too much to produce intestinal trouble which is fairly good at present. The body should use suggestion to itself. Exercise, use the arms up and back, down and forward, stooping to knees, trunk

portion erect. On the back, legs raised, first one then the other; then kneading the intestines over something to dilate them, over a horse as in a gymnasium or a barrel.
