Time of Reading 11:00 to 11:35 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Alabama.
1. GC: You will have before you [4926] who is at the Allen Memorial Hospital, on ..., ..., Alabama, and all the conditions surrounding her moral, parental and home relations. You will answer the questions which have been submitted by her mother in regard to these, as I ask them.
2. EC: Yes, we have the body, [4926] those conditions of every nature that surround the body in the present. Ready for questions.
3. (Q) What caused first evidence of weakness in moral nature? If weakness of nature exists, how may it be corrected? (A) In the light of existent conditions there was a weakness from many a standpoint, as morals would be judged. The cause, as we find, was in the general surroundings, that may be considered from the attitude of the associations and from the environmentals that were thrown about the body. The condition, as we see, was not from innately immoral attitudes; nor was the body innately given to those states of body or mind that would lead to such a condition; for, by NATURE the body or body-mind is not so inclined. Rather, there was the trusting indiscretion on the part of the body. Then, as to how this situation may be handled - or what may be done about same: We would change this attitude, this environment, this MANNER of association; through throwing about the body rather those influences of love, not in the manner as of CONDONEMENT but not as of silent or open condemnation. Rather in the manner that the lesson, though very grave, is very deep in the mind and in the heart of the body. And through that manner shown by the Giver of all good and perfect gifts, who gave: "SIN no more! I CONDEMN thee not for thy weakness!" And, if these conditions and environs will be put about the body, there may come in the experience of the body, [4926] that of

a usefulness and a service to MANY another. But, with silent or open rebellion there must grow that of hate of self and of others; and be brought rather the gratifying of all UNSEEMING desires in the experience of a body!
4. (Q) What should be done with, or about, the baby? (A) There should be the completion of the preparation in the mental body of the young mother for the general aptitudes, the physical preparations of mind and body, for the vicissitudes of life; or, at least one more session or season in study and associations. While, unless there is every love and precaution put about the body, the mother desire will not allow such a change to come about - but this, as we find, would be the better for the body. Then, with one that may choose to give his love, his protection, his every effort in bringing about the body the proper surroundings, proper relations (that exist deep in the make-up of a FRIEND; yea, more than the friend!), the baby may be taken - as by the outward aspects of the penal law - as one with, one among, those of the household. Then do not, under ANY circumstance, put the child in such a place that it may not SOME day know the true mother love, the true mother affection that may be its - and is EVERY soul's - birthright! Make, then, some arrangements whereby for the one year - it may be cared for, in an institution; whereby there is given every care, every protection. But with the stipulation that at the end of the period the MOTHER will claim same, under the law, as her own.
5. (Q) Please give name and location of such an institution, that would be the best under the present circumstances and conditions with this body? (A) In the foundlings home in Birmingham, Mobile or New Orleans. All have such institutions. But let it be DEFINITELY settled (for this child that has suffered so in every manner) that it, the baby, WILL be her very own. Let it be embued from day to day in the mind, in the heart, that it is a living duty, a living obligation; and that the child has that right as of a soul dependent upon the activities of the body itself who brought same into being. For, a soul is HERE - that may go FAR, in bringing much to many. DEDICATE this precious life to a service of the

Creative Forces, to God, through Him who suffered little children to come unto Him; for "of such is the Kingdom". Else we will find it will be as a canker in the heart and mind of everyone concerned, and will EAT - and EAT - and rust!
6. (Q) What is proper attitude to be taken toward father of baby? (A) As loving indifference.
7. (Q) Is there danger for him and [...] to be thrown together in same town? (A) As we have given, the environs should be changed for the body.
8. (Q) Where should [4926] go from ..., or where would be the best place? (A) Around those surroundings that are pleasant, and where there may be INSTILLED those true relationships of men and women - and of the love of God for those even who falter, according to men's morals, in their activities in this material world! Or, where there are true friends to be found.
9. (Q) Would ..., Alabama, be advised? (A) Be well.
10. (Q) Should her mother go to ... for her, regardless of where she should go? (A) She should.
11. (Q) Where would be the best place for her to finish High School? (A) In any of those environs where there may be the better attitudes held for the body. For, FACE the issue! Face the circumstance, and so give the body - [4926] - that insight into the forgiveness of the Father, that she may even be able to forgive slights spoken here and there. Then, in whatever surroundings that may make for the BETTER conditions in THAT direction, whether in the same schools from which she has gone or those nearby.
12. (Q) Would it be best for her to take any part of business course now, if she should be in ... for present? (A) Best that the preparations for a HOME life be made; making those associations, those connections, with that portion of life that fits her for such.
13. (Q) Should present relation exist between her and [...]? (A) Be well that, at the end of the year, the union be such that the home may be established, for this - HER - baby!
14. (Q) What would be best for her protection and happiness in future as compared to past attitudes of those who have loved and cared for her?
4926-1 Page 4
(A) Those relationships that we have given. There must be thrown about the body the atmosphere that it is the DUTY, it is the obligation, for everyone who has loved and cared for her, to act in that same manner as did Him towards such relations; that they show that love in reality. As given, not condoning - but NEVER condemning, in act, in word, in heart. Be the real FRIEND - EVERYONE, as ye seek for the Christ to be YOUR Friend. For, he that aideth not one who in a moment has been weak - how can he expect forgiveness and love from Him who IS Love, and Mercy, AND LIFE!
