1. (Q) DEK: In regards to Tex Rice resigning from the Penn-Tenn Fuel Corp. - has he used proper discretion? (A) EC: There are many ways in which this move may become the better condition for all. There are others in which it might become the dissension among many interested in the organization. With the appointment or election of one, who can hold the affairs of the organization in shape, the move is good. Such a one is in mind, see, however, if it is not accept with strings tied, for other people to dictate the policies Tex Rice should dictate, the policies of the organization at all times, for with the raising of funds there should always remain with the individual, the answer back to the investor from Rice, see.
2. (Q) Is David E. Kahn the proper man to extend the power and authority to that has been given him? (A) With the proper head to shade or equalize or govern Kahn, he is the proper one, see. The man in mind, who has headed the organization which is being taken into the organization now would be one well prepared to handle the situation, see.
3. (Q) Now Mr. Cayce, the one in mind to head the organization is Dr. Finley, will he accept the presidency of this Company? (A) He will unless the biggoty [bigotry?] of Kahn is exhibited too far. With the knowledge that he can, with Rice, control the policies of the organization, he will accept. Without it he will not.
4. (Q) Is that the man you were talking about? (A) That is the man we were talking about.
5. (Q) Now Mr. Cayce, in regards to Tex Rice of his coming week's work in raising finance, will he be successful and to what extent? (A) In this we have to consider too many individuals to give the full extent. There are oppositions to deal with that have the oncoming events to deal with. Not as successful as he hopes. More though than sufficient to carry out what is needed for developments at present. The plans that have been formed are good. There are many plans working in conjunction with those already laid. Will be

some surprise to those connected with them. Work the plans ready made thoroughly and success will come, see.
6. (Q) In regards to the connections of Edgar Cayce and Tex Rice, will they have successful? (A) We see they will.
7. (Q) In regards to the plans of one Fay Autry with Tex Rice and Edgar Cayce? (A) There are no plans with them except as develop, see.
8. (Q) Now Mr. Cayce, one known as Hagstrom, Mr. Rice has decided to hand in his resignation on account of the life he is leading, is that proper? (A) Be very proper for the success of the organization, Beware of one ready in mind to take this same position, however. Use a little discretion and judgment and foresight in placing one in this capacity.
9. (Q) Now Mr. Cayce, is there any advice or any danger in the work laid out for Tex Rice? (A) Follow closely the plan as to how the work shall progress. There is no danger if these plans are adhered to and followed out closely - success will come over-abundantly in the next ninety days. There must be work done immediately for the success, however, of the further sixty days, see. There is no danger. Follow out the plan. Work the brain well. Keep the physical forces with the mental and work, see.
