1. GC: You will give a physical and mental reading on this body, giving suggestions for the improvement of either or both of these conditions.
2. EC: Now, we find there are rather those conditions of which the body should be warned, in both mental and physical attributes and conditions of and with this body. While we find there are some troublesome conditions, some that cause the body worry, and at times are distressing, yet much of this is builded first in the imagination, and the body responds to same. Not that the physical conditions that are troublesome and cause anxiety do not exist, but that the mental attitude of the individual toward self, and the application of those properties and conditions as have been or may be applied to the conditions and for the conditions, the attitude towards the positive results as may be attained, and retained, by the physical being, is not kept in that positive way and manner as it should be by the entity. Much of this has existed, does exist, from that of the nature of conditions, for many of these, as we see, are of that undermining nature that takes hold of the vitality of the system, and especially with the eliminating conditions in system, and the voice of many that give to the entity those of the preconceived nature, or that "Now because those are of the nature of hereditary conditions, then you may expect to have to go through such and such conditions." Not necessarily - whenever the will is applied by the entity in that manner which will give that stability in the all-curative forces, that give and sustain life, and the manifestations of those powers as are exhibited, inhibited, if we will only apply same through those efforts, those forces, as may be manifest in our physical being, as human beings, a portion of God's creation, a portion of that Godhead, in that each and every individual may become One WITH those forces as are applied in the Creative Energy as is shed abroad through the world's forces, and applied in that way and manner as gives to everyone that free application of those forces in and for the individual self.

Oftentimes the entity finds self warned as to these conditions as are inhibited in self, through dream, through vision. These have not been so severe of late, yet to come to that point of, as has been termed by many, a psycho-analysis of self, we find that with dread, by those of that insistence from individual of the detrimental conditions arising, we will find that the body finds fear creeping in, and with this comes that detrimental condition that seems to sap the very life of self, and the dull, achy, laggard, melancholy feelings as appear afterwards - as is seen by entity in physical way and in mental manner of applying those conditions becomes as naught in their retractory forces, or in their ability to give healing to the body.
3. Then, in the application of how these conditions may be overcome, in this there is seen in each of these warnings as have come to the entity that way of escape, as might be termed, for rare has been the occasion that escape from the fears, the dreads, that are given through this action of the forces within self, that there isn't that which also gives the escape in self through self, or by the appealing forces to those efforts of others that make the conditions of naught. Applying then these to the individual through the mental, we find that when the mind is filled so full of the positive conditions, as respecting those elemental forces of the creative energies as are abroad, these do not occur, and gradually there is built up in the system those conditions that retard, hinder, or help, MATERIALLY, those of the physical forces of body. This merely as the illustration to the entity of that way and manner as how mental forces apply to physical conditions of the body.
4. In overcoming, then, the condition becomes apparent to self. Keep self so filled with these of that impelling, or rebuilding, or positive truth of the efficient forces as may be manifest, that those that tear down have no place - see? This may be applied by keeping well in mind many of those truths as are found in fourteenth and fifteenth chapters of the Gospel according to St. John.
5. In the physical conditions as apply to the body, these are of that nature wherein that the glands in system are involved in the conditions. Hence we will find that to rebuild the blood supply, to keep the equilibrium in the system so that the conditions are rebuilded, we would apply those forces as are found in that of the Radium applicator, which would be worn on the body, and which will give the equilibrium to the physical forces in blood and in nerve energy.

6. We would also correct those conditions in an osteopathic way and manner as exist along the cerebrospinal centers, especially in those as reference to the sensory system, which centers will be seen - 2nd and 3rd cervical, 6th and 7th dorsal, lumbar, and sacral. These, with at least 12 to 13 adjustments and general manipulation, should correct these - wearing the applicator at all times, save when the body is taking the treatment, see? Well, too, would the body retire to its room alone for at least one hour, and lay applicator across the eyes during such period. Let those words of the Master, as are given in these lessons as are shown, apply to the individual. Through this manner and through this means, the entity will find not only physically, but mentally, and materially, there will be added that strength, that sustenance, that will bring, as it were, new life, new endurance, new resistive forces, to the body, and in 6 to 8 weeks the body will be as new.
