1. EC: Yes, we have the body [4987] - this we have had before. Now, we find in the physical forces there are conditions that are causing disturbances in the physical functioning, produced by and from cold, congestion, that has weakened the body in such a manner as to allow infections. Especially does this come in the tissue and in the face, head, and back - and this is being assisted and eliminated by the increased eliminations, yet there continues to arise reinfection from these conditions. The blood supply weakened through the excess of the leucocyte and white blood necessary to create sufficient in the system to combat and to cause proper coagulation, also the nerve system - that is depressed through pressure as produced through inflammation, temperature that is caused in the system, in the head, throat, bronchials, and in the back - especially along the lower dorsal and lumbar regions.
2. Now, to meet the needs of these conditions - and it will be necessary that much of this be used as soon as convenient and possible, for we will find that these will assist, were they but applied in the manner as given:

Over the whole of the lower portion of the spinal column we would apply those of Musterole, see? as a plaster, to relieve the congestion here, drawing blood away from the upper portion of the body. Also stimulating those of the eliminating system, as is affected here through the lower part of the hepatic circulation - stimulate the liver and kidneys in same, with that as has been and is being taken as an eliminant through the system. There needs no necessity of narcotics added in that as is given, for these only make the conditions heavier for the body.
4. Through the nasal cavity, throat and bronchials, we would use those of alternated solutions as a gargle of Glyco-Thymoline and Listerine. These are effective in the action as those that act in the manner of throwing off, or preventing the reinfection externally from the condition.

5. Inhale in and through the nostrils those properties as would be combined in this: This should be poured in BOILING water and inhaled in the nostrils and mouth, see? This in combination, and pour ten drops to a teaspoonful in quart of boiling water - preferable that this be in crock or enamelware, or glass, for the inhaling, see?
Eucalyptol........................1/4 ounce, Benzoin............................40 minims, Creosote, Rectified................40 minims, Rectified Oil of Turp..............40 minims, Tincture Tolu in solution...........2 ounces.
6. We should also use gentle manipulation over the whole system, and apply the ultra Violet Ray to the cervical and head especially. Not more than a minute in the beginning, and be at least forty inches from the body.
7. The diet should be that that is easily digested, but containing a great deal of blood building, and especially of salines - or a great deal of salt should be taken in all the food.
8. Do that. We will rectify and correct these conditions for [4987]. We are through for the present.
