1. EC: Now, we find the conditions in this body very much better in many ways than when we had them here before. That in the blood supply (speaking from the physical now), that in the elimination, that in the assimilation that produces the better incentive to the correct functionings of the organs in the system we find much improved.

2. There are some conditions as yet do not show that the condition has been equalized sufficient for eliminations to be carried properly and normally in the system. Such conditions we find, especially, in the lower end of the intestinal tract, which at times, with the properties taken in, gives distress across the lower portion of the abdomen and below the diaphragm. This we find is the assimilation calling on the body, as it were, to react to the properties as taken in the body. In portions of the body where congestion in the ligament portion of the system has caused the tissue and cell force to produce the abrasions, and where these cells have not, on account of the condition of the system, been able to produce coagulation in these portions of the body, this shows a better condition, but there are conditions, under the present treatments (for it all has not been taken), that need to be accorded the system, that these may be absorbed and eliminated and produce perfect coagulation, perfect incentive for producing the coagulation, perfect incentives to produce elimination and the assimilation, that eliminations may be proper. These also will produce a change in the capillary circulation, so that the emunctories and the lymphatics will give sufficient in the body to supply the needs in the white blood and leucocyte and give the healing forces in the broken tissue and in portions of the functioning organs that need the stimulation.

3. Keep then the properties in the system, as we have given. Keep the diet in that way and manner that will produce at all times the easy digestion. Not too much of fuels or carbons, or carbohydrates but more of the protein and

vegetable forces that give the tissue in the white blood and lymphatic forces.

4. For the abrasions, prepare as this:

5. Take six ounces of green plantain root and the stem (not leaves), the stem that carries the seed. Stew or steep this in eight ounces of rain water until it is reduced to a very low state, or until about two ounces remain. Strain this off and add to it two ounces of the oil of butterfat; that is, the oil from butter, from which the milk and water has been taken by heat. This will produce a salve or balm. Apply this to the outer portions, you see. Not over the whole portion, until this is healed and removed from the system.

6. Take the manipulations, as given. Not as would be accorded a normal body. But as that necessary for the existing conditions, that where impinionments by inactivity in the cartilaginous forces in the spine may relieve and release the blood supply, the nerve tissue and the muscular forces, and above all keep the mental and the soul forces in accord with the desired help needed in the system.

7. Do that. [4988].

8. (Q) How long has this body been afflicted? (A) Been some years. The change has been affected. As to the present conditions, we find about three. As to the conditions that brought these, some three to four more.

9. (Q) Where are the abrasions located on this body? (A) In the lower lumbar regions, as given in the first, where we had the system attempting to remove congestion from the glands and tissue in the false pelvis, these coming across to the fourth lumbar and the first sacral.

10. (Q) About how long will it take to bring the better forces to this body? (A) Depending entirely upon the mental attitude of the body to the self and to the applications as accorded. We should say three to nine months.

11. (Q) Should the body exercise much, or not? (A) As much as the physical will allow; that is, after abrasions are removed, for the muscular forces must be brought back to their elasticity, if we will receive and bring the normal forces for the body.

12. We are through for the present.
