Time of Reading Set bet. 10:30 to 11:30 A. M. Eastern War Time. ..., Texas.
1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, also suggestions for help and relief of this body; answering the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes, we have those impressions here of that entity called [5000].
3. As we find, while the administrations that are being made, and that have been made, tend toward a correction of the disturbance, it is leaving a weakness in the flow of the lymph circulation through the intestinal tract. As it seems, the greater disturbance causes weakness at times to the body by poor circulation and very poor digestion at times, which has upset the equilibrium of the liver, and the activity of the kidneys. Cold and flu have settled in the circulation, especially through the intestinal tract and colon.
4. We would add to the administrations already being made, the following:
5. First prepare a fusion of Wild Ginseng, the strength of a five centigrade hydrometer test. Also make a fusion test of Wild Ginger. Prepare this as follows: Take three ounces of Wild Ginseng fusion, add to this one ounce of Elixir of Lactated Pepsin, then one-half ounce of the fusion of Wild Ginger. Add simple syrup to make six ounces. The simple syrup should be that cut with alcohol.
6. Take one teaspoonful each evening, for five days. Leave off five days, and then take again. Continue in this manner until the whole of the quantity is taken.
7. Do have an osteopath make those corrections of subluxations as will be found in the areas particularly from the 9th dorsal to the 1st cervical. The osteopath should also stimulate the ileum plexus when the manipulations are given.
8. Do these things and we will make better improvements in

the general health. The nervousness will disappear and we will find better assimilation throughout the body.
9. Ready for questions.
10. (Q) What should be added to or taken from the present diet, if anything? (A) We wouldn't change anything, we would only add wheat germ. This preferably prepared from whole grain cereals, and taken in the morning, whether these are cooked or dry cereals, taken with milk or cream.
11. (Q) Have emotional upsets contributed to, or aggravated the intestinal trouble? (A) These disturbances existent have rather contributed to the emotional upsets. All the results and effects are combined, each one with the other.
12. (Q) Is the Bargen's vaccine helpful, and should it be continued? (A) As has been indicated, the administrations already being given are only to be added to.
13. We are through with this reading. Two copies to Self (one for osteopath - Please let us have the name and address of the one you choose.) Copy to Ass'n file " under case number for indexing (5/1/44 GD's notes: See extra sheet [which was enclosed] of directions to be sent to Mr. T. A. Wirsing, druggist, for preparing the compound to be used in this case, in case you cannot obtain it locally. Regarding the check-up questions you wished to ask about entering school, these could not be covered in a Physical reading. I believe Mr. Parker could advise you about this. I think he was either a Princeton or a Harvard man, I can't remember which. My suggestion would be to get all information you can regarding entrance to either school and then go about to enter whichever one can be entered sooner, making whatever preparation in the meantime that is necessary to enter. This is merely my suggestion. Good luck!)
