1. GC: You will give the relation of this entity and the universe, and the universal forces; giving the conditions which are as personalities, latent and exhibited in the present life; also the former appearances in the earth plane, giving time, place and the name, and that in each life which built or retarded the development for the entity; giving the abilities of the present entity, that to which it may attain, and how. You will answer the questions, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes, we have the records here of that entity now called [5005].

3. As we find, there are very definite urges latent and manifested. These might very well be patterned in a life placque, but this would not be of special interest until the pattern of the experiences of the entity in the earth had been analyzed by the entity.

4. The entity is an individual who finds a great interest in things unusual. And that's the reason for seeking information here, rather than that a study of the subject be made; yet there are the abilities from the entity's experiences in the earth as well as from the sojourns during the interims as to cause that latent urge.

5. For instance, it is of special interest to the entity to find what's at the bottom of the sea or as to how high one might go in the sky, or the ferreting out of unusual experiences to see why an individual did this or that under particular circumstances.

6. Thus as an explorer the entity might do well.

7. For, in the experience before this as George Gage the entity was an explorer.

8. Remember, that the seeking of unusual things should be with a purposeful interest and never just curiosity, though there's a great deal of curiosity in the experience of the entity.

9. Astrologically we find Mercury, Venus, Jupiter and Saturn present the peculiar combinations for the manifested urges as a detective or as an explorer, or as a stunt man in a circus, or things of that nature would be of peculiar interest - unless there are others dependent upon the entity for the activities in the earth.

10. Also from Venus we find particular interest in individuals of certain thought or mind in the opposite sex, yet we find that the entity would be just as true to one of the opposite sex as the entity would expect such an one to be to the entity. But let there be any semblance of laxness or slackness and the entity would go to almost any length to be just a little bit worse than the other.

11. We find in Saturn the changes, the varied activities that are a part of the entity's experience. When there are changes we find that the entity may or should become as a director in searching parties, in unusual scenes or experiences or explorations, or among those who would guide parties looking for varied things in the settlings in other lands. For the entity should go to many varied places through the experience.

12. As to the appearances in the earth and the urges arising from these, we find that the entity as Joseph George Gage was in the land of the present nativity during the Revolutionary periods, being active as an informant for the Colonial Forces.

13. Thus as a guide, as an agent, as a detective, as a policeman, the entity may find outlets for his abilities.

14. These are those urges arising from that sojourn.

15. Before that the entity was in the Holy Land when those peoples were being moved by changes wrought in the activities of a teacher with a new message, pertaining to what is now called the Mohammedan activity. [Crusades?]

16. The entity was one who searched out and followed close some of those findings. Thus the entity has its doubts, its questioning, as to those who have too definite ideas in the realm of that called spiritual alone. Thus the entity is more inclined to things that are matter of fact.

17. The name then was Oslan. The entity became very wise, as it were, in the study of individuals. Thus the entity finds natural latent and manifested abilities in quick judgements of people by the excuses, especially, they attempt to make - or their attempt to justify their activities.

18. Before that the entity was in the Holy Land among those who had come from Egypt; being among those chosen to represent one of the tribes in searching out the Holy Land,

5005-1 Page 3

as a spy; being in the name Azelu as would be interpreted in the present.

19. Being one chosen from the tribe of Naphtali, the entity's activities then have brought interests in searching out truths, but for material things. Do spiritualize thy purposes, thy ideals. For it is not all of life to live nor yet all of separation of the body to die. For to be absent from the body is to be present with thy God. What is thy God? Place, position in the earth? These are naught when things of the earth may not be used. For man enters the earth with a body prepared by others before him. He leaves the earth with the body-soul he has prepared for that realm of the inter-between, and can only depend, then, upon self according to that done with Creative Forces or God's laws. For they are perfect and are unchangeable.

20. Before that the entity was in Egypt when people were being chosen for emissaries.

21. The entity was among those chosen to represent the council of groups and nations for inter-changing ideas and purposes, conditions and things in varied lands.

22. Thus the entity was among those groups who prepared for the establishing of inter-national relationships with various groups - the city of gold, and in the land of Zu, On and Oz, as well as other lands.

23. As to the abilities of the entity in the present, that to which it may attain and how:

24. What thy hands find to do, do with a will and a purpose. Those activities as indicated would find the greater outlet for physical, mental and spiritual ideals; as a guide, as one at the head of searching parties or for the establishing of relationships with other lands, the keeping of better counsel with those groups in whatever activities the entity may find itself engaged. But it will ever be as a guide, a protector, or as one searching out unusual places.

25. Ready for questions.

26. (Q) Should my wife stop teaching school and have another child? if so, what should we name the child? (A) This should depend upon the choice of the two together, not from just one. From self's own reasoning or from the wife's, if the conditions in the environs are such that these can contribute to the welfare of their ideals, it would be well. Are thy ideals correct in regard to the preparing of a channel for a soul to enter? You take on responsibilities! Are ye equal to them? You should be!

27. (Q) What means of self-expression should I attempt, music, writing, what instrument? (A) In music use the banjo or guitar. The self-expression,

5005-1 Page 4

as indicated, should be in that direction as the leader or interpreter for searching out parties, or as the traveler.

28. (Q) In what way can I show my sincerity to those that I like, and have them take a liking to me? (A) As given so oft through this channel, if one would have friends, one must show self friendly. Begin with the spiritual aptitudes and attitudes. For it it the spirit ye entertain that counts, and the application through the mind may bring into material experience pleasant companionship. If you would have love, you must show yourself lovely. If you would have others kind to thee, be kind to others. Be patient, be longsuffering, show forth brotherly love. Thy choice in the present may not appear important, but ye can use thy experiences as a means for endearing thyself to everyone ye meet.

29. (Q) How can I help others and stop myself of self-interest entirely? (A) As just indicated, study to show thyself approved unto God, a workman not ashamed, rightly applying the words of truth, keeping self unspotted from the world and unspotted from condemnation. Help, not hinder.
