Time of Reading Set bet. 10:30 to 11:30 A. M. Eastern War Time. ..., Fla.

1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, also suggestions for help and relief of this body; answering the questions, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [5048].

3. As we find, there are disturbing conditions. These, as we find, are somewhat of long standing, as there has been and still exists, the effect of an injury to the circulation, as related to coordination of the cerebrospinal and sympathetic nervous systems. This we find rather definite as to its location, while the effects produced are quite at variance to the location of the disturbance. There has been a pressure, long existent, in the upper portion of the 9th dorsal center. This, as with changes in eliminations of the body, the cycle of the changes coming about, produced greater and greater hindrances to the impulses to the brain center.

4. There is in the central lobe of the right side a growth, or thickening of tissue, lessening the impulses, which, as it does, brings disturbance to the mental as well as to the physical reactions in the body.

5. As we find then, for such a situation, operative measures would be impractical. There can be, as we find, an allaying, and with proper precautions, and with the correct general attitude of those about the body, we may bring help, and even a renewal of energies as to dissipate this thickening in the brain tissue. This, to be sure, has not reached great proportions, for it has at times come and then gone. This indicates how this, then, may be materially aided.

6. We would begin with this:

7. Use the low Wet Cell Appliance. Carry into the system vibratorially these properties in the present to dissipate the disturbance: Spirits of Camphor, commercial strength,

and Nitrate of Silver. The vibrations should be of an Appliance just a bit heavier than regular; that is, use two pounds of Copper Sulphate and the others in proportion. The Camphor: make the attachment of the small plate at the upper portion of the 9th dorsal, and to the left side. The larger plate through which solution passes into the body would each time be attached at the umbilical and lacteal duct center. This would be the width of two fingers from the navel center to the right, and three fingers up from that point. The Nitrate of Silver: one ounce of 2% solution, and then add one ounce of water, and one ounce of grain alcohol, making three ounces of solution, should be attached to the lower portion and the right side of the 9th dorsal center. Use one solution one day, the other the next day for thirty minutes.

8. Follow same each day with a massage over the whole body, especially along each side of the cerebrospinal system, following the sympathetic nerve area the more, especially at the 1st and 2nd cervical a great deal of massage, and at the 3rd cervical, and the 1st, 2nd and 3rd and 4th dorsal. These movements in giving the massage should be close to the segments, as well as the sympathetic area. Massage in a circular motion, but away from the head. The lower portion also, that is, upward to the 9th dorsal; from the end of the spine upward. Massage the limbs and body every day also. Use for such massaging these oils: Olive Oil..............2 ounces, Peanut Oil.............2 ounces, Lanolin (melted).....1/4 ounce.

9. Do this, be consistent, be persistent.

10. Change the solution every thirty days.

11. Disconnect the solution from the Appliance when not in use. Do take those connections especially from the container with the solution to treat the body.

12. Do keep bowels moving normally. Have at least one or two good evacuations each day, even though it is necessary to take a laxative, and the use of a colonic irrigation.

13. The colonic irrigations every eighteen to twenty days would be well anyway.

14. Do these and we should make better conditions.

15. Ready for questions.

16. (Q) Is there any pathology in the female organs and glands, causing this condition? (A) This is rather from the conditions as indicated, from an injury as associated with, as indicated, the changes in activity of the female organs. That there is some

5048-1 Page 3

irritation in the vagina is indicated. When there is some irritation, take douches of Glyco-Thymoline, the proportion to be two tablespoons of Glyco-Thymoline to one quart of water used. Use this only at body temperature, and only in a fountain syringe.

17. (Q) Is there any brain degeneration which would be helped by the electric shock treatment? (A) As has been indicated, there is only a thickening or hardening, loosing the ridges in the outer portion, but the thickening is towards the right lobe and in the center. Electric shock treatments would be too severe. Begin with the low electrical treatments suggested here, that will dissipate and not overcharge the brain.

18. (Q) Does this condition have a psychological basis? How to correct, if so? (A) To be sure.

19. (Q) How can the appetite be improved? (A) As indicated, as there is a cleansing of the fecal forces in the colon, there gradually will be builded a better appetite. Foods that are easily digested will be preferable, though green foods and raw foods are preferable when possible, though these foods will have to be prepared temptingly for the body. Build up to it by the mental suggestions.

20. (Q) How may the blood pressure be raised, and the circulation increased? (A) As has been indicated.

21. We are through with this reading. Copy to Husband " " Ass'n file " under case number for indexing (See extra sheet [which was enclosed] of directions to be sent to Mr. A. M. Godfrey, 2709 LaFayette Blvd., Norfolk, Va., for preparing Wet Cell Appliance. Also article explaining theory of this Appliance.)
