Time of Reading Set bet. 3:30 to 4:30 P. M. Eastern War Time. ..., Ohio.

1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, also suggestions for help and relief of this body; answering the questions, as I ask them.

2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [5064].

3. Now as we find, while conditions are very disturbing and there is little likelihood of the individual entity ever being perfectly normal, as other young men, we find that there may be much contributed to the physical, the mental and the spiritual welfare of the entity - that may make this experience in the earth very much worth while.

4. It is true that there are karmic disturbances that are a part of the entity's experience; yet the environs, the activities about the entity are and should be such as to enable the entity to be not only the gainer from the environment but to contribute much that may be creative in its nature to those with whom the entity may come in contact.

5. Then, if the entity applies itself.

6. Know first, in the spiritual attitude, as ye attempt to analyze self and self's abilities, self's faults, self's virtues, that the nearer ye may build thy mind to the Christ Consciousness the better may be the mental being, and a great deal of strength may be gained in the physical being also.

7. These attitudes, then, should be considered first.

8. True, there are physical or pathological conditions that must be taken into consideration. These we will give also, that may prove to be helpful for the body.

9. In analyzing self, though, self's purpose - let's begin with this as a knowledge in self:

10. Life itself is a manifestation of that called God in the earth. Give thanks for the very fact that ye are conscious of yourself, even with the frailties of the body; that thy

mind and thy purposes and thy hands may do much to show the appreciation in self of the opportunity in this experience to be a channel of blessings to others, in making known to others the love of the Christ for those who are weak in body, who are hindered from the activities of a normal physical world.

11. For He, thy God, thy Christ, is conscious of and hath need of thee; else thy individual self, as [5064], would not be aware of thy consciousness of being shut-in, would not be aware that there are material activities in which the entity might enter into - also that ye can, if ye will, be a witness for thy Maker.

12. There have been injuries to the spine and the structural portion of the body, so that gradually there has been a wasting away, a static condition gradually growing and drawing on the limbs; not allowing the activity of same nor the ability of the entity to control the nerve or muscular forces.

13. If there is first considered the spiritual attitude necessary, we would then (not otherwise) begin with the use of the Wet Cell Appliance carrying to the body the Chloride of Gold and Nitrate of Silver vibratorially. The Gold should be one grain Chloride of Gold Sodium to each ounce of distilled water. The Nitrate of Silver would be one ounce of a two percent solution added to two ounces of half distilled water and half grain alcohol. Use three ounces of each of these solutions; that is, three ounces of the Gold Solution and three ounces of the Nitrate of Silver Solution prepared in the manner indicated.

14. The large nickel plate through which the solution passes vibratorially to the body would be attached to the umbilical and lacteal duct center, or - for this body - three fingers' width from the navel center directly to the right and two fingers up from that point.

15. The Appliance would be attached each day for thirty minutes, one day using the Gold Solution, the next day using the Silver Solution.

16. When using the Gold, attach the small copper plate to the 9th dorsal. When using the Silver, attach the small plate to the lumbar axis.

17. The charge of the Appliance would be made regular strength. Attach the plates rather firmly but not too tightly. They may be attached with a little piece of adhesive tape.

18. Do change the solution every thirty days. Do disconnect from the Appliance and remove the connections through the solutions when not in use, connecting same at least twenty

minutes before the Appliance is to be attached to the body.

19. Following each treatment with the Appliance, each day, massage the body very thoroughly, beginning at the brachial center and massaging downward, extending entirely to the tips of the toes; down the spine, over the lower abdomen, down the limbs themselves, and through those areas of the sciatics especially. Use for this massage an equal combination of Olive Oil (heated) and Tincture of Myrrh. This should be done not too severely, and yet not just patted on; in a rather deep but not severe circular motion. Take at least twenty to thirty minutes each day to give this massage.

20. Keep the attitude creative, constructive.

21. Keep a well balanced diet, and keep the eliminations.

22. Thus we will give for this body, in six months, other instructions.

23. Do that.

24. Do begin and do the first things first.
