1. LBC: You have before you [5086], of ..., Ala. Go over him carefully, examine him thoroughly, and tell us what is the matter with him.
2. EC: Yes, we have had him here before. [No copies of previous readings.] The condition in the system is much aggravated from the condition we had before, added to by that of a nervous indigestion, from here, at the solar plexus - a contamination we have through the nerve force or the supply force to those to the stomach itself proper, added with that of a feverish condition produced by malaria, added to the aggravated condition, of this, that is formed into the system itself.
3. (Q) What is that that is formed in the system? (A) What we have had here before.
4. (Q) What other conditions do you see? (A) These are the conditions that we have.
5. (Q) What treatment would you prescribe to relieve these conditions now, and bring him back to normal condition? (A) First, stop taking this dope. Take into the system, that is, into the stomach proper, that which will act as a sediment to the nerve force - a digestion or an action to the gastric juices of the stomach. A sedative to the liver proper in its functions, and a mild laxative to the intestines, or that of an action of the pancrean juices on the rest of the digestion, in the form of clary water. A mild stimulant, you see, to the whole system. An application to the spine, from the 10th to 11th dorsal and the 6th to 7th dorsal, up the back, of cold water. That is, at the time of rest, so he will sleep and so we will rid the body of the temperature. The action of this onto the system, or reaction of what we have taken into the system, will remove in part the troubles here.
Stay out of doors, talk to as many people as he can, but keep his mind from the condition it has been in. That is what has produced the nervous condition in the system. Then, we will react to the same forces we have had here, or to the whole condition which will be bettered from this condition, being retarded or restrained from the blood

supply, which is being used in this force. He has become a sort of anemic in this force here.
6. (Q) Any other treatment you would prescribe? (A) Change of scene as soon as he can. .
