Time of Reading Set bet. 10:30 to 11:30 A. M. Eastern War Time. ..., Oregon.
1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, also suggestions for help and relief of this body; answering the questions, as I ask them.
2. EC: Yes, resting yet. We have the body here.
3. As we find, there were those suppresions during the periods of gestation that, combined with those conditions at the time of presentation, leaves this body lacking in ability of mental and physical coordination, until the nerve systems may be said to be just crossed, or much that should be voluntary has become involuntary.
4. As to how much improvement, this will depend. While care may be very well done here in home, there is little individual care which may bring the abilities of this as an individual entity to even care for its own self.
5. If there would be, however, those administrations made prayerfully, earnestly, sincerely and at the same time these administrations made with mechanical means to coordinate the nerves supplying to the reflexes in brain centers, we may change the reflexes in the locomotories as well as the organs, and to the organs of the sensory system, so that there may be better coordination with all of the activities of the sensory nervous system; coordinating vision, hearing and speech with the locomotion.
6. It will require patience, persistence and most of all, when administrations are made, to sincerely and prayerfully make the suggestions to this body-consciousness as it may fall into sleep or slumber.
7. Use, then, the low Wet Cell Appliance, which would carry vibratorially two varied properties which will affect and work upon, and work with, the assimilating system so as to be usable, as it were, in replenishing nerves, in healing irritation and, with the massage which may be given

following same, coordinate the connecting centers between the sympathetic or vegetative nerve system and the cerebrospinal; and these in this coordinated fashion may thus get and maintain better reflexes and reflexes in the brain centers. Use, then, the Wet Cell Appliance, carrying Chloride of Gold Sodium. Have regular strength for charging solution. The gold would be one grain to one ounce of distilled water.
8. The larger plate through which the solution passes, would be attached to the umbilical and lacteal duct center.
9. The small or copper plate would be attached at the 9th dorsal. While the Camphor, commercial strength, would be at the lumbar axis. One used one day, one used the next day for thirty minutes, followed by a gentle massage all along the whole of the cerebrospinal system, also including over the abdomen and the limbs of the body, gently.
10. The body should fall into a rest or sleep, thus we would use these periods for making the suggestions, but let the mother or that one responsible, or the two together, from time to time make the suggestions, prayerfully, that there is improvement, there is the helpfulness, there is the spirit of the true help coming to the body; but the bodies making suggestions must live that they seek for this body.
11. In using the Appliance, the larger plate at the umbilical and lacteal duct will be two fingers (mother's fingers) from the naval center to the right and two fingers up. Do this sincerely, prayerfully, earnestly, but take the care upon self. This cannot be given to someone else. They are thine own problems. These you shall do and in six to eight months we would give further instructions.
12. We are through with this reading. Copy to Mother " " Ass'n file " for indexing (See extra sheet of directions [which was enclosed] to be sent to Mr. A. M. Godfrey, 2709 Lafayette Blvd., Norfolk, Va., for preparing the Wet cell Appliance to be used in this individual case. Also article explaining theory of this Appliance.)
