Time of Reading Set bet. 3:30 to 4:30 P. M. Eastern War Time. ..., N.Y.

1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, also suggestions for help and relief of this body; answering the questions, as I ask them.

2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [5177].

3. As we find, there is much very good about this body and in the physical disturbances much of this is brought on by toxic conditions through the body, as well as that of allowing self to think and worry about conditions with which the body is associated in some ways.

4. But we would find that there should be each week at least part, or all, of a physiotherapy treatment. This should include a light sweat - take them at Reilly's - and then a hot and cold shower or needle shower. Then a Bubble Bath, with the Pine Oils. Then a shower off, and a thorough massage. These will relax the body.

5. Then in the material self, make it a habit, make it a hobby, to at least each day, speak kindly to someone less fortunate than self. Not that there should be so much the contribution to organized charity, but have those charities of self you never speak of, by speaking kindly to someone each day. This will let the body rest at night when it hasn't been able to, with its mental and material worries.

6. Ready for questions.

7. (Q) Why can't I get a decent night's sleep, and what should I do about it? (A) Take the hydrotherapy and massage at least, as given, once or twice a week, but extend them over a long period, as after those periods of recreation or rest or change. Then when the body returns from such periods have a few more, every week or so, have at least one or two of these, for varied periods, and we will find much better conditions.

But don't forget, as the Boy Scout or Girl Scout oath would be: Do a good deed every day. This is just being kind, just being patient, showing long-suffering, gentleness; and we will find much help for this body.

8. We are through with this reading.
