Time of Reading Set bet. 3:30 to 4:30 P. M. Eastern War Time. ..., N.Y.

1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time, giving the cause of the existing conditions, also suggestions for help and relief of this body; answering the questions as I ask them.

2. EC: Yes, nice looking man!

3. As we find, there are rather tendencies which exist than that as might be called organic disorders. There have been colds, congestions and with some disturbance to the lumbar axis there has been caused a formation of circular lesions at certain segments of the cerebrospinal system.

4. There are periods when there is general aching between the shoulders and back of the head, and headaches result. There are periods when rest is easily broken. These are those tendencies, then; that the sympathetic and cerebrospinal systems being, as it were, out of harmony, there may be produced those inclinations and tendencies until one or the other, or two of the organs of the central nervous system and central cerebrospinal system, may become so aggravated as to bring real distress to the body.

5. These may be easily corrected but will take some little time and some patience.

6. The adjustments to be made should be rather in series. The first series should be about eight to ten of the osteopathic corrections. These are particularly indicated in lumbar and sacral, in the 1st, 2nd, 3rd dorsal, through the upper cervicals to the 3rd particularly.

7. We would have these about twice a week.

8. But we would also have each day for one hour, when ready to retire, the use of the Radio-Active Appliance. There is no charge or vibration felt, yet it will be found on the body to bring good, even rest. It is not well for it to remain on the body more than an hour or an hour and a half at the most. These plates should be attached to the right

wrist, left ankle; left wrist, right ankle. Be sure to ever attach first the same applicator or plate as first used, whether it is the period when the first is to be attached to the ankle or to wrist. But if to the ankle first, then the other plate to the opposite wrist and so on. Keep the plates very clean.

9. Do this, and as we find we will bring better conditions for this body.

10. Ready for questions.

11. (Q) I am ofttimes bothered in studying different subjects by a perplexingly slow grasp of the subject matter, although I consider myself fairly intelligent. Is there an explanation and remedy for it? (A) This is produced by the slowness of reflexes from the imaginative or vegetative system and the sensory system. As we find, these corrections should be made as indicated. Periodically, after the first series, rest a week, then have the second series; this only about six or eight or ten; while the first series should run to at least sixteen. After the rest period, the third series, not more than one every other week, for at least six or eight or ten. The appliance should be used daily. Use that period for meditation, no matter if it is taken when the body is ready to retire. Have at the beginning the period at least of meditation, and if the body does go off to sleep during the period, have someone to remove the plates but there will be periods of exciting experience in the spiritual and mental self.

12. (Q) What is cause of occasional nightmares, which oppress me considerably and usually end in inarticulate outcries? (A) These, as have been indicated, are the sympathetics and the sensory system, that, as it were, cross current one another and these are the visions, or the dream experiences becoming, under such, very much exaggerated to size of unusual happenings or as to all such experiences.

13. (Q) What is the reason for blood in stool occasionally? (A) The lack of coordination makes a strain upon centers where the lymph and the impulses of activity do not coordinate. Do as has been given, we will bring bettered conditions for this body.

14. We are through with this reading. Two copies to Self (one for the osteopath. If convenient, we would refer you to Dr. Geo. N. Coulter, 18 E. 41st St., N.Y.C.) Copy to Ass'n file " for indexing
