Time of Reading Set bet. 10:30 to 11:30 A. M. Eastern War Time. ..., Calif.

1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, also suggestions for help and relief of this body; answering the questions, as I ask them.

2. EC: Yes, yes we have the body and those disturbances which are part of the physical and mental experience of this body.

3. As we find, there are some pathological and psychological conditions also which are produced in and with this body.

4. It is indicated that the body is a supersensitive individual entity who has allowed itself through study, through opening the centers of the body, to become possessed with reflexes and activities outside of itself.

5. As we find, these are the sources of the anxieties. These are the sources of the feelings of possession. These are the sources of the oppressions.

6. These may be aided through suggestion, and with charges of the body daily with ultra-violet and violet ray treatments. Each of these should be very short, but the ultra-violet we would take of morning. This should be at least thirty-eight to thirty-nine inches from the body, and taken before the body dresses of morning. This should be directly to the body. This for a minute and a half over the whole of the body.

7. Then when ready for retiring have the violet ray applied (hand machine, bulb applicator); this especially along the cerebrospinal system; not more than a minute and a half. These should be the periods when suggestions should be made to the body. Following this a gentle massage should be given.

8. If the body will do these and set itself in mind to be rid of these conditions and to live a normal-reacting life, these will bring conditions which will be satisfactory for

the body.

9. Those pathological conditions as indicated are a part of the disturbances. These are through the areas of the assimilating system, and thus the adjustments osteopathically or neuropathically should be given at least once or twice a week.

10. Do that.

11. Ready for questions.

12. (Q) Who should make the suggestions and along what lines? (A) This should be chosen, but someone who has the power for a united effort. Dr. Wakelin [Dr. Donald E. Wakelin, D.O.] of Los Angeles would be very well. These, as we find, bring the suggestions for correcting the energies used in the body-forces, see?

13. (Q) What must I do to repair damage to my teeth? (A) These need local attention.

14. (Q) How did I happen to pick this up? (A) As has been indicated, the body in its study opened the centers and allowed self to become sensitive to outside influences.

15. (Q) What is it exactly that assails me? (A) Outside influences. Disincarnate entities. Do as given and we will gain help.

16. We are through with this reading. Two copies to Self (one for the osteopath - Please let us have the name of the one you choose.) Copy to Ass'n file " for indexing
