Time of Reading Set bet. 10:30 to 11:30 A. M. Eastern War Time. ..., Penna.

1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, also suggestions for help and relief of this body; answering the questions, as I ask them.

2. EC: Yes, yes we have the body here [5271]. Be quiet.

3. As we find, there are rather those conditions concerning which the body should be warned. If those corrections would be made in the present, these would correct many minor disturbances which exist at present, and prevent conditions from becoming a constitutional disturbance through body.

4. These are conditions, then, as we find them with this body, [5271] we are speaking of:

5. The blood supply indicates, through conditions existent, that there is lack of proper coordination between the sympathetic and cerebrospinal nervous systems. These alternate, then, the activities of the functionings between the superficial circulation and the organs of central nerve and blood supply. These are produced by subluxations or minor forms of lesions along the spinal system, and these produce these conditions.

6. There are times when there are rashes on the body; there are times when there are disturbances in the circulation. There are periods when there is an upsetting between the digestive forces and the activities of the kidneys, or between the liver and kidneys. There are those periods when, before the menstrual periods, there are distresses through the body in the activities of the organs of the pelvis; pains through the ovaries, at times the tubes become dilated. There are those periods of excess menstrual flow, other times when very scant.

7. These all indicate how through these subluxations and variations of cycle of the organs, lungs, heart, liver, kidneys affect various functionings in the glandular system

as related to eliminations and purifications of the activities of the body.

8. As we find, these exist primarily in the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, cervical, through the areas of the 3rd and 4th dorsal, 9th dorsal and through the lumbar and sacral area.

9. If there will be, then, the administrations for correcting these, assisting these through the stimulating of superficial circulation, relieving the pressures in the cerebrospinal system, keeping close to a diet which would keep the body well balanced, not too much sweets, not too much carbonated waters or drinks of that nature, we will find we will make for much bettered conditions throughout this body.

10. We would require, then, at least sixteen to eighteen adjustments osteopathically. And at least half a dozen of the fume sweats, not the hot cabinet but fume sweats, the rubdowns after these.

11. Do that.

12. Ready for questions.

13. (Q) Are there any special foods or liquids that would help? (A) As has been indicated, keep a well balanced diet. Do not have too much sweets nor too much of the carbonated waters for the body.

14. (Q) Will these treatments clear up my skin? (A) These are for the establishing of bettered conditions in the eliminating channels of the body. Lungs and circulation throws off certain poisons. Some are being carried in the system and find results of rash over portions of the body. Some are activities which would be eliminated through conditions. These find irritations as to the feet and hands, over-perspiration at times. All of these will be corrected if these administrations will be made. We would have Dr. Dick for these administrations.

15. (Q) What cosmetics would be best? (A) Don't depend upon cosmetics to clear or purify the skin. The cosmetics should be rather as an aid to keeping the superficial circulation in portions of face and hands in bettered conditions. Genuine Black and White cosmetics are preferable.

16. (Q) How can I correct my nasal stuffiness? (A) Do the things we have been indicating for the upper dorsal and throughout the cervical area.

17. (Q) Are there any exercises I should do? (A) Not particularly if these exercises are taken as from the adjustments osteopathically. After these have been given, regular periods of walking and regular periods for the setting up exercises would be very well for keeping the

body trim or preventing abdominal growth or on any portion of the body. Stretch the body as a cat would stretch. This is the best exercise to keep body in proportion.

18. (Q) Should I continue liver injections? (A) Do not.

19. (Q) What treatment should my eyes have? (A) As has been indicated for the general health of the body.

20. (Q) What should my normal menstrual cycle be? (A) Twenty-six to twenty-eight days.

21. (Q) When is my fertile period? (A) The first three to five days before the menstrual periods.

22. (Q) What will alleviate that tired feeling in the small of my back? (A) The treatments which have been suggested for the body.

23. (Q) What causes moles, pigments and freckles? (A) Get rid of these by creating better eliminations and normal coordination between all of the organs of eliminations: alimentary canal, kidneys, lungs, respiratory and perspiratory system.
