Time of Reading Set bet. 3:30 to 4:30 P. M. Eastern War Time. L.I., N.Y.

1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, also suggestions for help and relief of this body; answering the questions, as I ask them.

2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [5298].

3. As we find, these are rather warnings for the body. In many respects the body is very good, but there are those tendencies toward the poor eliminations and the lack of keeping body balance in the chemical forces of the body, until there are those tendencies for an arthritic, neuritic condition.

4. These are from the lack of chemical balance and the lack of coordination between liver and kidneys in their circulation through the body.

5. Thus we would apply the hydrotherapy treatments, such as at Reilly's, see? In these we would not include the dry heat cabinet sweats, for the condition of the heart, in this incoordination between the circulations of the central body, is such that this would be too severe. But use the witchhazel and then follow with a thorough rubdown, including the Bubble Bath in Pine Oils or with Pine Oils, and massage following same with equal portions of Olive Oil and Peanut Oil, with just sufficient of the rubbing alcohol to make this more applicable or easier to apply.

6. Have these for a period of some ten or twelve. Then have a rest period from six to eight to ten weeks and then again, and we will eliminate the congestion through the body, the tendency for the cold area and the activities which tend to segregate the conditions through the body.

7. Do that.

8. Ready for questions.

9. (Q) Any advice regarding diet? (A) A well balanced diet. Keep away from too much fats,
