Born April 2, 1917, in New Orleans, Louisiana. Time of Reading Set bet. 3:30 to 4:30 P. M. Eastern War Time. ..., La.

1. GC: You will give the relations of this entity and the universe, and the universal forces; giving the conditions which are as personalities, latent and exhibited in the present life; also the former appearances in the earth plane, giving time, place and the name, and that in each life which built or retarded the development for the entity; giving the abilities of the present entity, that to which it may attain, and how. You will answer the questions as I ask them.

2. EC: Yes, we have the records here of that entity now known as or called [5343].

3. In giving the interpretations of the records as we find them, there is much to be considered, but if the entity would make applications of those urges which are latent and manifested, and take the warning as to other urges which we find indicated in the personality and individuality of this entity, we will find yet happiness, peace, and the entity may apply itself in such a way and manner as to make the world a better place for its having lived in same.

4. For, as we find, the entity is gifted in such directions that, if the faults and failures are eliminated and creative or constructive thoughts and activities replacing them, it may contribute to the reading material or the books or magazines in such a way and manner as to bring thoughts, to bring activities through the thoughts to others, in such measures as to make their lives more worthwhile.

5. In the application of self, then, first these are to be eliminated: The body-mind is very observant, the body-mind is very dramatic and it has in its experiences with others, become so dramatic at times as to lose hold of the very things which would bring the greater blessings to the entity. This, to be sure, is a form, then of selfishness or of the

5343-1 Page 2

ego seeking its own gratification.

6. Each soul, as this entity, should come to this realization: It is not in the earth, or manifested in the earth at this time, by chance, for God is not mocked and whatsoever a soul soweth that must it also reap. The entity should realize that the fact that it is aware, or is conscious of itself in material experience, is proof that the universal consciousness, or God, is aware of the entity and has need of the entity, that the entity, as well as others, glorify that which is best within self or magnify the fruits of the spirit of truth which are: brotherly love, gentleness, longsuffering, patience. Against such there is no law. In such there is harmony, there is peace in body-mind, in soul.

7. If the entity first finds self and its ideal spiritually, then mentally, the result, the manifestations of the daily life, will be more harmonious; and there is then the ability within the entity for making, depicting, drawing, visualizing, writing that in regard to the living experience of individuals, of places, of conditions, in such measures and manners as to not only be instructive, but creative reading for others. In this, then, the entity should apply itself.

8. Begin with short stories, yes, even with magazines that are little heard of and are at times, or to most, only local. Begin to write for the Sunset magazine. It pays little, yet this may bring the recognition needed. Then send thy writings to those of nationally-known publications, as there are acceptances, and we will find the body will have an outlet for those physical, those mental emotions, when it has found itself and its relationship to creative forces.

9. As to the appearances in the earth, all will not be indicated here, for with each cycle there are those which become the more active in the experience of individuals. These may be given here that the pattern may be indicated for the entity.

10. Before this we find the entity was in the land of the present nativity during those periods when there were settlings in the land following the defeat of the French leader or Napoleon. The entity was then in the name Charlotte Wray and among those who were born of those groups who came to the land. When there was the returning of many of those from Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, the entity was among the families who remained.

11. The entity, through the experience, became more active in instruction or teaching and found activities in same that

5343-1 Page 3

brought harmony in the experience and thus it was a gaining period for the entity.

12. Before that we find the entity was in what is now known as the French land during the periods when there was the exercising of many for an idea, though considered ideal, or the periods of the Crusades when especially the French people were interested in those activities.

13. The entity was then left by the companion. The entity dramatized all the material suffering, and does the same today. Let it be rather that of less and less dramatizing it for self but apply patience, brotherly love, longsuffering. These applied in ways and measures as to bring greater harmony will make, in the application of self, the ability for depicting circumstances, conditions, as in the present what it means to be left as a war widow. Not sufficient to dramatize but in that manner in which the home fires must be kept for those who may be sent for an ideal or an idea. Unless it is harmonious - just as it is necessary in the body for physical harmony, it is necessary in the mind for mental harmony. They must coordinate, cooperate.

14. These things, then, may the entity give expression to, as it did through those periods in the French land, where it learned its lesson, though left alone by the companion. Then in the name Renee Marcelus.

15. Before that we find the entity was in the Holy Land, during those periods when there was the entering of the children of promise. The entity, though, was among the groups of Hittites who made peace, with the entering of portions of the group, and the entity joined with the peoples of the tribes of Judah. The entity was then in the name Jelebeth, as would be called today.

16. In the experience the entity gained when it applied the spiritual law, lost when it persuaded those to undertake the material things of its peoples.

17. In the application, then, find self, as indicated, and know that the spiritual law must be acceded to. For the law of the Lord is perfect, it converteth the soul of those who seek same.

18. Before that we find the entity was in the Egyptian land and when there were those preparations of individuals through the Temple Beautiful in preparing for what would today be called vocational activity.

19. The keeping of the records of the various groups was the part of the activity of the entity then as Is-En-Ar.

20. As to the abilities of the entity, that to which it may attain and how: as indicated, first find self and its relationships to Creative Forces or God. Know its ideals,

5343-1 Page 4

not merely by that of mind, but put them upon paper that they may take form. What is they ideal spiritually? What is thy ideal mentally? And as these take hold one upon the other, they will give the ideal relationships which should exist between individuals. They will not only aid thee in thy daily living, but aid thee in preparing the combination between thy characters.

21. Study, then, to show thyself approved unto that ideal. Do write; that is, in both senses (right).

22. Ready for questions.

23. (Q) I am separated from my husband and have to wait a two year period before a divorce is granted. Will that divorce be granted in June 1945 amicably? (A) Are you sure that you wish it? If ye would turn to thy real inner self and purpose, if ye really desire it, it can be granted. Is it best? The judgement must be in self. There were those purposes of why ye were drawn together. Ye have an obligation materially one to the other. Ye have one mentally. Is it best? Judge your own self. Ye have it, in that judgement, to either bring him home again, or whole, or in part, as ye do for thy brethren and others. Pray with them oft. Pray for them, but live like ye pray.

24. (Q) Will I remain in ... or eventually move elsewhere? (A) Will tomorrow come for thee? Will '46 or '47 come? It will, for whom? If ye prepare thyself, yes.
