Born February 16, 1896, in Elberon, Iowa. Time of Reading Set bet. 10:30 to 11:30 A. M. Eastern War Time. Wash., D.C.
1. GC: You will give the relations of this entity and the universe, and the universal forces; giving the conditions which are as personalities, latent and exhibited in the present life; also the former appearances in the earth plane, giving time, place and the name, and that in each life which built or retarded the development for the entity; giving the abilities of the present entity, that to which it may attain, and how. You will answer the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes, we have the records here of that entity now known as or called: [5373].
3. In analyzing the urges which are latent and manifested for this body, as we find, an emblem might prove very helpful and very significant for this body, as a constant reminder to the entity not to allow itself to become a sponge absorbing all the worries and troubles of others. For very easily the entity becomes a confidant, and while it is well to be able to counsel with and help others, yet this may be carried so far as to make the tendencies for morbidity, if it may be put in such a word, or morbidness for the body in listening to all the sorrows of others, of its friends or even those with whom the entity may come in contact.
4. These, as we find, would be the pattern which may be seen as a part of the experience of the entity through the sojourns which may be indicated in the earth. This we would put on at least a fourteen inch square white card. Make a circle at least thirteen inches in diameter. Then, we would put in the center of this a crab with a sponge in its claws. This should be in the colors green, yellow and gray, and then about it put the Cross in the upper left hand corner and an open book. These figures should be small. In the upper right hand corner, put the tree of life with all

manners of fruits and leaves, as aspen leaf in shape; this green but the fruit golden.
5. And in the lower left hand or inside the circle, of course, would be the lily, this with three flowers on one stalk. This represents three graces, or the three phases of experience. This would be in color also.
6. These will signify to the entity, first, a reminding of the Cross, which should be in gold and square in shape, a reminding of the source which is fully indicated in the open book of knowledge.
7. While that in the lower left indicates the beauty, the grace, the loveliness of the individual itself; its patience, its affections, its beauty, while that in the lower right represents that which may be attained, not only the tree of abundant supply and with the manner of fruits but the leaves as healings, to the peoples with whom the entity may come in contact.
8. In analyzing, then, the urges which are latent and manifested, we find here is an entity who is beautiful of character, lovely of person, and yet apparently always worrying about something. For it carries too often burdens of others about the entity.
9. Know, then, as indicated in the seal, the sources of supply and put not only thy burdens upon Him but point the more often to others that their burdens, too, must be placed with Him, who is capable and able to bear them, as He did the burdens, the sorrows, the sins of the whole world, upon His own shoulders. For He first spiritualized life and then through life lived in the earth by the patience, as attained and gained, spiritualized body and mind.
10. As to the abilities, these have to do with detail, as statistician, datastician, research or of such natures. These the entity may be relied upon to be able to do with judgement and without being told too oft how these should be done. Thus a good secretary, or one who may attain to accomplishing much in the way of research.
11. Do at some time write that which has prompted thee to assume or to take stands as ye have in relationships to others, not only the opposite sex, but the own sex. For the entity's approach to each are quite different. For most men find this body lovely and want to tell her their troubles. Better let them alone, though.
12. In giving, then, the appearances in the earth, these have been quite varied. While all of them may not be given, these give the pattern, as has been indicated.
13. Before this we find the entity was in those periods when there were those activities when greater numbers of peoples

were going west. The entity was then among those who started but troubles, as with many, overtook them. In the experience the entity assumed the responsibilities because of illness among its associates and companions and thus gradually took on the burden of the whole troops, in the name then Goldie Troaid settling in the portions of the land near unto its present birth.
14. Thus the soil, nature, things which have to do with the activities in the earth are of special interest and thus, as has been the injunction: do put into writing what has caused the entity to do this or that regarding individuals. As a short story, yes. Through doing this ye may release thyself from a great deal of disturbing factors.
15. Before that we find the entity was in the Holy Land and when there were the foregatherings at Bethsaida. Then the entity knew the Master. For it was one of the entity's children who was among those first blessed by the Master, when it became necessary to rebuke the Disciples for their attempting to rebuke the peoples. Thus, as is indicated in the symbol, the Cross, as well as Holy Writ. For as the Master gave Himself, "Search the scriptures, for in them ye think ye find eternal life and they are they that speak of me."
16. Thus the entity will be well in ridding itself, as well as in finding harmony in the experience of its associations with others in searching the scripture.
17. Before that we find the entity was in the Egyptian land when there were those beginnings of the preparation for the coming of the lawgiver. The entity was among those of the maids to the princess of Egypt, and the individual who waded into the river to bring the little ark or bassinet ashore with the babe in same. About the babe were lilies, which is a portion of the symbol, and it is a gentle reminder of the law given by the entity whom the servant or maid brought to this princess. These should be reminders and thus keeping the law. For the law of the Lord is perfect and it converts the soul as application is made in same through patience. For in patience ye possess your souls.
18. The name then was Abatha.
19. Before that we find the entity was in the early, early days, when there was the garden called Eden. There we find the entity was among those who looked on the activities of the mother of mankind. The entity then was among the "things" and yet was touched in person, was touched in heart, and sought to know the meaning of same, for it saw then fruit, leaves, trees, which had their spiritual meaning in peoples' lives.

20. The name then was Suz.
21. As to the abilities of the entity, then, these as indicated are limited only by that the entity sets as its standard, as its ideal. Rather, then, analyze self, keeping in mind the faults and failures, and the urge to listen when these should not be cultivated. Rather put individuals "on their own" in search for that in scripture, and the Cross which answers for their own ills. For He, the Savior, is all things unto all people. Thereby may each one find the answer in Him.
22. Study then to show thyself approved, keeping the way open. Do that as thy heart bids thee.

24. (Q) What is my vocation in this life in which I would most likely succeed and that which I would be happiest doing? (A) As has been indicated, as a teacher, in research of any kind. These are the channels through which greater material things may come. But do write the purposes.
25. (Q) Which of the following would you advise: Should I change from my present position at ..., Md., to a position by transfer to Washington, D.C., or Florida, or should I remain at ..., Md., in my present position? (A) We would change to Florida.
26. (Q) When should I make the change? (A) By the early portion of the year, at least, or sooner if there does come the opportunity.
27. (Q) Is it indicated that I will meet anyone in this life that I will be happily married to - if so, where shall I be most likely to meet this person and when? (A) You may meet them if you will accept them. For they offer problems, as you would to them.
28. (Q) Where shall I be most likely to meet this person and when? (A) Where did we tell you to go? That's a good place. A lot of them come there and are worthy.
29. (Q) Why am I so interested in clairvoyance and astrology - have I psychic powers - if so, should I develop these powers and how should I go abut doing so? (A) This is part of the ability which may come from the observation in the early experiences or an awareness or consciousness of something outside of self, as well as that within self seeking expression. Yes, psychic abilities, but find them in the soul of the Christ-consciousness.
30. (Q) Would you give me the interpretation of two outstanding dreams, as follows: a. (sometime ago) I saw a beautiful sky and a Cross appeared dangling in this sky, it was all illuminated in gold color. b. I was saying my

prayers and saw our Lord standing in front of me - I was looking up at Him and He was looking down at me, but He did not say a word to me. (A) Look at thine own seal. Find it in same, its meaning, its import. In the Cross ye may conquer.
31. (Q) What was my association in previous incarnations with the following individuals, and what are the urges from same in the present: [1803]? (A) These were associations in the experience before this which were as helpful forces, yes, but draw very heavy upon the entity.
