1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, also suggestions for help and relief of this body; answering the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes, we have the body here:
3. As we find, there are disturbing conditions which prevent the normal physical functioning. These, as we find, have to do primarily with the activity in the pulmonaries. These have been allayed in the times back, but are indicating that there is inflammation in the pleura causing excess of lymph accumulations to give distress, which tends to bring about reinfection when there are too great quantities of this accumulation.
4. These, as we find, may be materially aided. To be sure, the drawing off of fluid at times may be necessary yet, but this can be farther and farther apart, as the sources or causes are removed and as the conditions which brought about the inflammation are allayed.
5. We would find, then, to begin with, first we would prepare a keg, with apple brandy in same - at least a 1 1/2 or 2 gallon charred keg. In this, in one and prepare two holes, or two vents, one small, the other somewhat larger. In this, put at least 1/2 gallon of apple brandy. Keep this where evaporation will be rather excessive. Not where it would boil, or the like, but in the sunlight, but well corked. Then, two or three times a day, remove the corks and inhale deeply into the lung the fumes only - the gas which accumulates in the space above the solution. This will act not only as a healing, but as a destructive force to the inflammation that is part of the disturbance.
6. Also take these: Add to the body, Calcios, which is calcium, so as to strengthen the elements in the assimilations for the body, also, and this we would take

about three times each week, the amount which may be spread upon a whole wheat wafer. Eat this at or during some meal, preferably the morning meal, as it will give better resistance for the body through the day.
7. About twice each week, say Tuesdays and Thursdays, we would take at or during the evening meal, a glass of milk with one teaspoonful of Acigest stirred in same. These act with the activities of the system.
8. Do, at least once a week, through such a one as Richardson, have a relaxing of the nerves and muscular forces, through those areas from the first cervical to the ninth dorsal, though the principle relaxation should be through the upper dorsal areas.
9. Then, in the rest of the diet, be mindful there are good eliminations. This preferably would be done through the diet, with the vegetables and fruits. Do have raw vegetables oft. These not as to cause too great a relaxation, but those energies as with the nerve-building forces from celery, lettuce, tomatos, carrots - but grate or chop fine. Oft prepare these with gelatin. These should be only portions of the diet.
10. Have beef juice occasionally, this taken as medicine. Not broth, but the juice, without any fat in same. Liver, liver extract or liver juice. These are well for the blood, as combined with those forces taken in the changing of the activities of the chemical forces by the calcium and acids, and will aid in eliminating the sources of this distress.
11. Keep out of the night air. Do keep in the open oft. We will bring the relief, and we will prevent, very soon, any accumulations, and be bettered throughout the physical forces.
12. Ready for questions.
13. (Q) Why did my lung stick, and will it ever come up again? (A) This came from an unbalancing of the chemical forces, as indicated by the necessity of adding the acid and calcium for corrections in these directions. This, as we find - if this is adhered to, we may purify and we may raise the condition here, and activity through the lungs will be near to normal of what is there, yes.
14. (Q) What is causing the fluid from the right side and what should be done to prevent it? (A) Inflammation, and this caused an excess of the lymph flow in the system's attempting to ward against the adhesions as produced there. Do as given, and we will have bettered conditions.
15. (Q) Is this fluid injurious?
5390-1 Page 3
(A) As has just been indicated. It is injurious. It may be necessary even for one or two times to have this drawn off again, but if those activities are adhered to as outlined, not more than that should be necessary.
16. We are through with reading. Two copies to Self (one for Dr. M. L. Richardson, Bankers Trust Bldg., Norfolk, Va.) Copy to Ass'n file " for Indexing (See illustration [which was enclosed] for preparing the charred oak keg. See directions [which were enclosed] for preparing pure beef juice. Acigest and Calcios are distributed by the Colloidal Health Products, Corp., Att: A. A. Nichoson, Greenvale, L.I., N.Y. Calcios is a syrupy paste containing free calcium easily assimilated and sells for $2.50 a jar. Acigest is hydrochloric acid in a form easily assimilating and sells for $1.00 a bottle.)
