1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, also suggestions for help and relief of this body; answering the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes, he's got it on his mind. He is coming - but he isn't here yet! [Pause] We have the body, [5396].
3. As we find, there are conditions which disturb the body. The changes in the environments, the atmospheric pressures, all make for the bettered conditions for the pulmonary and lymph circulation through lungs, throat, and larynx. As we find, the body needs only, in the changed environ, to keep the spiritual and mental attitude in the constructive manner. Not only be good physically and mentally, but be good for something!* Have the ideals which are the cause of the change in the creative energies within the body-forces, and with the character of exercise which would be the better for the body, keeping in the open and let it be of a constructive, creative nature. Know what ye are good for, but do not have too exalted an opinion of self.
* [See 5396-1, Par. R3 re Thoreau.]
4. In the matter of the diet - keep close to those natures of the natural sources. Plenty of fruits, yes; plenty of vegetables - not too much meats. Do have just sufficient for the supplying of the elements, especially in calcium and proteins, and we will find, in this new environment the body, the mind, the whole outlook for the body may grow to be more and more worthwhile.
5. Ready for questions.
6. (Q) Is there any special exercise that should be taken?
5396-1 Page 2
(A) Only that indicated in the open, and that tends to raise the circulation through the chest, the lungs, the bronchi, all of the upper portion, and that will relieve the tension which is indicated at times in the antrum and nerve forces. Plenty of energy, but direct it correctly.
7. (Q) Any special treatment? (A) No special treatment of any kind. The less treatments, the better it will be. Think rightly. Think of others rightly, and not of self too much.
