1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, also suggestions for help and relief of this body; answering the questions, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [5404].

3. As we find, when the general conditions are considered as a unit, there are very good reactions in this body. Here is a circumstance where the real conditions might be more aggravating than to allow present circumstance and present activities of the body to continue in their present actions and reactions. For where conditions have within the body encased themselves so that the disturbance has ceased to be an active condition, it is not well, owing to the age, owing to the general disturbance, for these to be stirred up or attempted to be removed.

4. In reference to the condition in the kidney, it is not dissolved but do not attempt to apply, unless there becomes irritations, those conditions for the removal of same. For, under the present circumstance, little or no trouble may be experienced unless there be some accident or some attempt in some type of application or in some type of diet to eradicate same.

5. Keep eliminations in alimentary canal active. Do not irritate the colon, but do keep the colon clean. Then, occasionally cleansing the colon is well.

6. For the conditions through the nasal passages or the antrum it would be very well if these properties were used as a purifier; they will bring relief to the body, keep down the tendency for acids produced by cold or congestion and will make for bettered conditions in and through the soft tissue of throat, face and head. Do have prepared, then, an inhalant; not as that to be (the solution itself) sprayed on, or that manner, but only the fumes from these and these will bring better relief for the body. The activities of

the body will be nearer to normal with as much general exercise in the open as possible. The inhalant is prepared by using a large-mouth bottle, six to eight ounces preferably. Put two vents through the cork with the ability to cork both of these ends. These ends are not to enter the solution. Then add these ingredients in the order named: Pure Grain Alcohol (95%)............4 ounces, Oil of Eucalyptus..................20 drops, Rectified Oil of Turp...............5 drops, Compound Tincture of Benzoin.......15 drops, Rectified Creosote..................3 drops, Tolu in Solution...................30 drops. When this is to be used shake together, remove both the small corks from the vents and inhale deep into the nostril on either side and into the throat.

7. Keep a well balanced diet. Do not mix or take at the same meal citrus fruits and cereals. Do have plenty or at least once a day, one or more raw vegetables.

8. These kept will bring better conditions for this body.

9. Ready for questions.

10. (Q) May anything be done for hearing? (A) This should be been done long since. The head and neck exercise will contribute more to the assisting of this in the present than mechanical applications to the ear. This is the character of exercise: Do these of a morning standing, of an evening sitting. Sitting erect bend the head forward three times at least, then back as far as it may be bent three times, to the right side three times; then to the left side three times. Then circle the head and neck to the right three times, then to the left three times. Be consistent with this though, not just doing it occasionally. Thus we will make for helpful forces in the auditory activities with the inhalant as it purifies the circulation through soft tissue.

11. We are through with this reading. Copy to Self " " Ass'n file " for indexing (See drawing [under 5381-1 Reports] to illustrate type of bottle to be prepared for the inhalant.)
