1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, Mrs. [5419], present in this room. Now, we find the body physical in many ways and in many respects is very good. There are conditions apparent, that with the correction so that a more normal coordination exists with the eliminating and assimilating forces of the body, will PREVENT disorders in the present and will make for better functioning, and save for those distresses that may be builded as to become constitutional disorders and harder to deal with in the future.
2. These, then, are the conditions as we find them with this body, Mrs. [5419] we are speaking of, present in this room:
3. IN THE BLOOD SUPPLY, we find there are evidences rather of the system's depletion, in the respect of the system's assimilating that as makes for the proper resuscitation of the functioning organs at all times. This makes for those tendencies as exist, where there are in the extremities - and in various portions of the system, where the system with an overloading of acid causes, or produces - the conditions that make for improper eliminations as for the sensory organism, and for the extremities of the body. These are indications, and not causes, as are produced - and with the correction of the system, so that the blood supply, that makes for replenishing not only in the blood stream itself but in the mucous-membranes of the system, and in the carrying of elements in the lymph and emunctories, so that the organs are resuscitated to their normal ACUTENESS - with these ACCUMULATIONS these HINDRANCES come. This, as indicated, is an effect, NOT a cause.
4. IN THE NERVOUS SYSTEM, here we find also some indications of these disorders as related to the balancing of the elements in the system that make for coordination through the assimilating or digested forces as make for resuscitation, rather than impingements or irritations in plexus or ganglia.
5419-1 Page 2
These, through those flowing of the drosses in their improper relationship to resuscitating system, produce inflammation at times in the burses of the system in their various portions. These produce ACUTENESS at times, but is rather of the reflex nature than of segments or ganglia, or ganglia being impinged or repressed. The activity is rather that of plethora, as the pressure, than of impingement.
5. IN THE ORGANS OF THE BODY THEMSELVES, brain forces are good. Discernments, activities of same, are good.
6. In the organs of the sensory system we find repressions, as indicated. These also are indicated in the activities of the glands in throat, and the effects as are created are reflex, but the conditions themselves exist from the organs' activity.
7. Bronchials, lungs, larynx, ORGANICALLY these are very good. They at TIMES show for the effect of the lymph and the emunctory circulation being disturbed.
8. Heart's action near normal. No organic disorder.
9. Digestive system shows for rather that of a SYMPATHETIC condition having existed through the plexuses of the hypogastric and pneumogastric. Hence those reflexes at times as come to the back of the neck, shoulders, or under the shoulders. These are reflexes from the sympathetic condition in the hypogastric and pneumogastric plexus. Also we find those conditions as make for reflexes in the right portion of the body, in the area of the lacteal ducts and glands. This is not a gland disorder; rather as of the katabolism of the system being disturbed. This produces, then, with the disturbance, and excess of eliminations through those of the hepatic circulation, and make irritations in bladder and kidney. These are REFLEXES, and NOT disturbances of the organs themselves. The unbalancing, as may be called, is that of the acidity, and the unbalancing of the ELEMENTS for proper eliminations, gland stimulation, and the ACTIVITIES are effects produced - as given - in blood, nerve system, and the organs as seen.
10. In those disturbances produced in the hepatic circulation, with the functioning of the kidneys - and of the disturbance as of irritation in bladder - makes for the heaviness or pressures as occur at TIMES through the pelvic area. Not a DISORDERED condition, other than a sympathetic - and by creating an even balance through the system, as has been given, will prevent these disturbances and SAVE the body from disorder or troubles later on.
11. In bringing, then, for the system, those properties as would make for a near normal balance, and create for the system better coordination in the assimilating and the
5419-1 Page 3
eliminating area, we would make for those that will CLEANSE first the system through the alimentary canal. Then make for that as will stimulate the glands in THEIR activity; not to excess, but rather that that brings normal reactions, and the vitality, the stored energy, will prevent the return of those disorders in the various portions of the system.
12. First, then, we would take as this, as combined in this manner, PREPARED in this manner - and in the ORDER as given: To 4 ounces of Peptol, as a carrier, we would add: Compound Syrup of Sarsaparilla..........1 ounce, Podophyllum, dried....................1/4 grain, Elixir Calisaya.......................1/2 ounce, Tincture of Stillingia................1/4 ounce, 10% solution Bromide of Potassium......40 minims. Shake the solution together before the dose is taken, which would be half a teaspoonful twice each day. After this has acted well upon the system, which should require 12 to 15 days, then we would leave OFF this compound or preparation for the time being, and begin with those of the Phosphate of Soda once during the day, preferably or morning; of EVENINGS take those of Petrolagar (the ALKALIN reaction in same).
13. The diets, to prevent those activities as make for acidity or disturbance, would be rather those of easy assimilation, or outlined much as this - though may be altered or changed to suit, or to meet the tastes for the body; for in this PARTICULAR body we will find that the appetite craves most that which will be the most EASILY digestible for the body - that is, with this preparation being taken:
14. Mornings: Citrus fruits, or fruit juices, changed at times to cereals and the like, though do not combine fruit juices with cereals.
15. Noons: A broth or a salad, or altered in these directions.
16. Evenings: A whole well-BALANCED meal.
17. We will find also, that with the taking of the last preparations - that is, the Phosphate and the Petrolagar, or agar as goes with same - the stimuli of the violet ray over the lower LUMBAR area, and over those of the head, around neck, around throat, and the like, will stimulate the system to better activity; for this will make for reactions in the lymph and capillary circulation. Ready for questions.
18. (Q) What effect will it have on my system by having my teeth extracted? (A) This, as we find, would not be necessary - to have same
5419-1 Page 4
extracted would the SYSTEM be builded to the proper relationships of elimination. The extracting of the teeth would PREVENT those formations in the glands in the mouth, in the soft tissues of the face, of those accumulations - but are these ELIMINATED from the SYSTEM, and the local conditions there cared FOR, would be more effective and better for the body.
19. (Q) What causes constipation? (A) Acidity, as has been indicated. Take this preparation as has been given, minding the diet as has been outlined, and we will overcome this condition.
20. (Q) What causes distress like gall bladder attacks? (A) That, as has been indicated, that the glands (which is in the lacteal area, see) of their inactivity causing - It's rather as the feeling of a tickling on the inside than of the pain of the gall bladder or the liver distress - see? This is, again, acidity and non-elimination.
21. (Q) What causes headaches so much lately? (A) Pressures in the system from toxic forces, by poisons. Eliminate these conditions, or these distresses, as has been indicated, and these will leave.
22. (Q) What causes extreme nervousness? (A) As indicated, the bursae about the ganglia of the system, being irritated by the acid in the circulation; not the ganglia itself.
23. (Q) What causes the gnawing disturbance in the lower organs? (A) This is indicated by those of the glands' activities in their relationship to the whole SYSTEM, to the ELIMINATING organs. These, as we find, occur especially during those periods when eliminations should be at a high, or near the activities of the system. Those, with the activities as has been given, we will find, will relieve these distresses.
24. (Q) Would Swedish massages be good for the body? (A) Are these taken two or three times a week, would be well, as ANYTHING that will STIMULATE the capillary circulation - see?
25. (Q) Is an operation necessary, as advised by doctor? (A) As we would find, will those things as has been given for the system, to create the normal balance in the body, an operation would be unnecessary. As has been indicated, where these distresses have occurred, these come from more of the effect of plethora - plethora in this effect means the enlarging of the lymph and emunctory glands through portions of the system, producing or causing pressures. THIS is the disorder. Then, with the correction and the coordinating of the system as has been outlined, these would be unnecessary. Do, then, as has been given.
5419-1 Page 5
26. (Q) In having teeth extracted, do you find the body a bleeder? (A) This would be rather serious, for - unless it was a LONG time taken for it - this would be ONE of the conditions that would be overcome by NOT having this done, see?
27. That is all the questions.
28. Follow those suggestions as has been outlined for the body; and we will find the general physical health will be very much improved, and there will be the prevention of a great deal of distress later on. We are through for the present. Copy to Self " " File " " Ass'n
