1. EC: We have the body here. This we have had before. The conditions as exist are somewhat changed; some for better, some not so good. The condition as exists in the lower portion of the stomach proper, in the side itself, where the ulcerations and lacerations - also those of the adhesions - while the coagulation of the system is low, the vitality is low, and the cause of the nausea comes from that continual reaction within the lower portion of the body; that is, the stomach and the duodenum, in the attempting to create sufficient to meet the needs of the condition, and this lacking in the system produces nausea. PAINS often come.
2. We would give, at the present time, that as much olive oil as the system will assimilate may be taken - but take same in VERY SMALL doses, see? Half teaspoonful is sufficient. It may be taken every few hours. The system will absorb same.
3. Also we would give that most of the water taken, unless it becomes rancid in system, should carry those of elm. That, preferably, would be the GROUND elm, and a pinch between the fingers may be stirred in the water when it is ready to be taken. Preferably, this should be taken in COLD water and stirred well into same just before being drunk.
4. Also we would find, THIS will be beneficial: This should not be taken so often, but there may be small doses of same taken during the day, or during the evening. This ALSO in the drinking water. Camomile tea, or Yellow Saffron, or Saffron tea. This would be about one part of the Camomile or Saffron to twenty parts of water. Steep, as making ordinary tea. Beware of sugars, or too much sugars, for the system. Those of light WINES will be well as a stimuli. PREFERABLY these should be of the white grape variety, or like claret, or of the light or lighter wines. These will be beneficial. The foods will be those of very SMALL quantities of meats or juices of same, or the scraped

portions of beef; also those of the vegetables that are NOT of the tuberous nature. Those of the spinach or GREENS of every character. Tops of tuberous vegetables may be taken, if these are prepared properly, but DO NOT PREPARE same with hog nor oil fats; PREFERABLY with the fat or butterfat - but be sure it's butter! These may be taken in moderation.
5. When the pains are MOST severe, we would apply those of equal parts of oil - castor oil - and SPRINKLE same with turpentine; that is, the cloth that is laid over the oil pack, see? This should be warm, or should be put on moderate and use electric pad over same in a mild heat to keep warm until there is the REDUCTION of the condition. Do that. Ready for questions.
6. We are through with this reading.
