Time of Reading 11:45 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., N.Y. (Physical Suggestion)
1. EC: Yes, we have the body, [5425] here. Now, we find there are conditions as give distress in the physical forces of the body. These, as we find, arise from specific conditions as have existed in the body, and the effects from the affectation in the system, having to do with first eliminations and the effect poisons have had upon functioning organs, and in distresses brought to locomotion as from pressures created by accumulation of forces in the lumbar and sacral region.
2. These, then, are conditions as we find them with this body, [5425] we are speaking of:
3. IN THE BLOOD SUPPLY, this shows the effect of poor eliminations, acidity in system, the pressure as created in the heart's action or blood supply, and the characterization specific of the blood supply itself.
4. IN THE NERVE SYSTEM, we find indications of pressures as were created by an abnormalcy, produced BY a pressure - not wholly from accident, but aided and abetted by a wrench or fall had sometime after the first infection in same, as is seen from those conditions existing in sacral and lumbars. In the nerve reflexes, these produce excruciating pains at times through the locomotion, especially to the lower limbs; also indicated in characterization of the INFLAMMATION as felt, though not inflammatory wholly in itself at present throughout the rest of the system.
5. IN THE FUNCTIONING OF ORGANS THEMSELVES:
6. Brain forces are active, as is normal in and under such distress.
7. Functioning of the organs of respiratory system show the distress same is put to, under pain, as is also the digestive system, as is created by accumulations of acidity in the system, the improper eliminations, and lack of proper peristaltic movement through the intestinal tract; the torpidity in liver, the overacidity and activity in the kidneys at times, also as seen - as specific - in structural portions of the system. Those of the cerebrospinal centers
5425-1 Page 2
in the muscular forces - through the lumbar and sacral - show the effect of those depressions and lesions as exist there.
8. While the age of the body-physical, in its present experience, and those conditions in the bone or structural portions themselves, are against the body in that of bringing about recuperative forces; yet much assistance and aid and relief from distress or pain may be brought to the body, as we find, through the application of those forces that work with - and not too much as a counter-irritant to - conditions existent in the physical functioning.
9. Then, first we would apply - over the sacral AND lumbar region, extending down over the hip, as shows for the distressed portions of same - those of saturated solutions of Epsom Salts, as hot as the body may stand same. Change these as they cool, until at least three applications have been made. Then we would mix together equal quantities, in weight, of mutton tallow, camphor, and spirits of turpentine. These we would put, or soak, into a flannel cloth, making a pad of same. Spread this over the area as shows affectation, and apply heat. Not of an electric pad, but rather that of SALT - heated. This will have the effect to EASE the distressed portions, and to set up drainages - both through the circulation, as affected through the capillaries and eliminations in same through the respiratory system, as well as in the drainages as will be set up with those of the organs and the portions of system so affected.
10. We will also find that those of the eliminations through the enema - or colonic irrigation - will aid in relieving those distresses in the colon, and will aid in assisting the activity through peristaltic movement, provided same - AFTER such eliminations are set up - are provided with an active force that is in the form of Russian White Oil, or those of SMALLER quantities of the olive oil. Well that, in the CLEANSING of same, those antiseptics of Glyco-Thymoline or Lavoris are used in the waters in same.
11. In the matter of the diet, be mindful that these are of an alkalin reaction for the system. As the body has maintained a manner of diet, these have been well with the system - yet the activities through the alimentary canal have not been such as to clarify, or to prevent the accumulation of toxic poisons in the system from accumulations left in various portions of the alimentary canal itself. Also in the stimulation of the liver we would add, with those of the applications, at least twice or three times each week - those saturated solutions, or saturate a flannel cloth in those of the castor bean oil, or the castor
5425-1 Page 3
bean crushed packs, and apply same over the liver area. This should be applied very warm, but not sufficient to, of course, burn the body; cleansing same with a solution of soda water will be found to be most beneficial to the areas affected.
12. Keep the body warm, and especially the feet dry or warm, so that there is the tendency of the enlivened circulation to be of the full benefit to the extremities of the body.
13. Do this, and we will find the bettered conditions for the body. These may be altered or changed within eighteen to twenty-seven days. Then we would give different, or corrections for conditions at the period.
14. Well that the vibratory forces, or of electrically driven vibrator, be applied over the whole of the cerebrospinal system, to make rest easier for the body - or that, WITH the application of same, those in that of the Radio-Active Appliance be used in bringing about an equalization to the whole of the system, that would aid much.
15. This is not as a preventative, but rather as an aid IN BRINGING equalization; not as a curative, but as of a COOPERATIVE force or measure in the vibrations or vibratory forces of the system itself.
