Time of Reading 3:10 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Virginia. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: We have the body here, [5426]. Now, we find the conditions are rather serious in the physical forces of this body. These, as we find, have to do with the eliminations and the result of conditions as have become acute in the functioning of organs, and the system's attempting to adjust itself has taken on conditions that will be hard to combat; yet, as we find, will the body respond to those conditions as may be applied in the system, the resistance may be so builded as to allay and to assist the system in adjusting itself. Does the body NOT respond, then the conditions must become more and more serious.

2. In the addition as has been given to allay the feeling, as respecting the suffering of body, these - as we find - have only been aggravating, and little has been applied that has been of benefit; for, while effects have been treated, even these have only been in a manner that at times has accentuated, rather than allayed the conditions.

3. These, then, be the conditions as we find with this body, [5426] we are speaking of:

4. IN THE BLOOD SUPPLY, even these conditions, as we find, are results, rather than the first cause, or even the secondary cause. Here we find the red blood very low. The distribution in the white, and especially in the leucocyte, are HIGH at TIMES, low at others; for while the pus forming conditions are apparent, the meeting of the necessity OF the coagulations are not always equal to the needs of the distresses.

5. Much of this being caused by the existent conditions in that portion of system in which the destructive forces OF the corpuscles themselves take place, or the hardening of the liver itself, and naturally the condition in spleen - which is of that of a plethora in the one end, and rather that of an atrophy in the other. The conditions, then, are - in these manners - that which CAUSES or produces for the inability of the system to RESPOND, in a manner, to the

5426-1 Page 2

replenishing, unless there can be eliminations set up in ANOTHER manner, and segregations in the system, so that these may be met - then the destructive forces must still proceed.

6. IN THE NERVE SYSTEM, this, as we find, has been under subjugation. This produces, then, the natural anxiousness OF the body in respect to that of the nervous system, and the imaginative forces have much to do with those of distresses; though pain itself becomes acute, especially when there is that of the regurgitation through the stomach proper, where those swelling conditions of the walls of the duodenum itself forces back into the system, producing a pressure in the cardiac end - which forces, then, those of the whole intestinal system, through those of the vegetative nerve system, under distress. These are rather in the form of ulcerations in the duodenum and stomach, but combined with those of the hardening, or those spots as exist in liver, and the condition in spleen, makes for a condition hard physically to combat.

7. IN THE FUNCTIONING ORGANS, these, as we see, are all under distress. Especially so is that of the liver, the spleen, the pancreas. The kidneys and heart only suffer alternately. These come from those of retraction, or of sympathetic reaction, and the attempt of the heart to MEET the needs of the circulation, with the small quantity - compared, as of necessity - for that activity through the system, under the stress - raises that of the pulsation, when fever is not ALWAYS apparent. THIS becomes rather of an intermittent nature, while the pulsation may be found high, and the RESPIRATION changing at times. These will change more with the activity of the kidneys to drain OFF the system, than otherwise.

8. Then, in meeting the needs in the present - this, as is seen, will require time, will require patience, will require very close watching, would we aid the condition - for this body.

9. First, the mental reaction of the body - keep for that of pleasant, buoyancy of mind and spirit, for all that is of the life forces is necessary to be kept alive, would the BODY, and the MENTAL body and the SPIRIT forces, be kept together.

10. In the applications, then - be mindful that all, in the way of INTERNAL medicine, is of the nature that is ALLAYING to that of sore, ulceration, or stress; at the SAME time not subjugating same through that of hypnotics, or hypnosis, in a manner as to produce the greater strain, or the bleeding - whether through those of the lymph or those of the veins

themselves, through the portions under distress.

11. We would find, then, that the waters as taken should be with that of saffron and elm. This alternated. Be sure the elm does NOT sour, or DISTRESS the stomach - and not in SUFFICIENT QUANTITIES to DO that. This will be regulated according to the conditions as they arise. Should the body belch same, or same feel as painful - then REDUCE the quantity, but DO NOT take away entirely, for it is healing to the gastric forces, and will be active with those that may be given in Bismuth and in those properties as care for, or HEAL from within.

12. Then, we would begin with the mild stimulation of the liver and its activity with the DIGESTIVE system. These should not be too severe, but these SHOULD be very persistent in their application. At least each day there should be applied those of the oil packs over the whole of the liver area, and extending ACROSS or over a portion, at least, of the spleen. These should not be heated TOO severe, as to IRRITATE the body - but should be worn and kept in that of an ACTIVITY for the system.

13. We would also GENTLY massage those centers, especially, where they radiate to the gastric forces of the stomach proper - beginning in the 2nd and 3rd dorsal area and extending at least to the 8th and 9th dorsal centers. These would be stimulated - that is, a gentle, circular motion, from those plexuses as GOVERN the cardiacs and the stomach itself.

14. In those of the diet, these should consist of those that are BUILDING for the system; those that are pleasant also to the body, as body building. PRE-DIGESTED foods should be the main PORTION of the diet; those that aid in the assimilations for blood and nerve building.

15. Well that as much olive oil be taken as may be assimilated by the body. Then, give same in SMALL doses and often, but should THIS - with the activities - at times turn against the system, REDUCE the quantity - but keep same up.

16. Enemas will also aid.

17. As much of spirits frumenti, that is well BURNED, will be helpful. NOT that with alcoholic content. Rather that that is BURNED. Then these, as we find, will aid.

18. In five to ten days we would change these conditions.

19. Should it become necessary to ease the pain, then we would use those of ANY of the hypnotics - POSSIBLY those of the codeine will act the better with this body, or those of Dovers' powders WITH that that carries those of any of those ACTIVITIES with same. Ready for questions.

20. (Q) How long at a time each day should the oil packs be applied?

5426-1 Page 4

(A) When these are applied of mornings, after bath, well that they remain until well into the afternoon. JUST so they are NOT IRRITATING to the body. When the body is able, or prefers to be in the OPEN - have as much fresh air as is possible, but the liver and spleen must be awakened, will we aid the body. Every third day we would give one-eighth of a grain of the ash, see?

21. (Q) What is the lump that is apparent in the abdomen? (A) This [is] an impaction.

22. (Q) Would colonic remove that? (A) Be too severe to begin at once. Rather those of the OIL enemas, of the short duration, will be the better.

23. (Q) Should the liver be stimulated directly over the liver? (A) If they will apply the packs, the stimulation will be sufficient. The proper stimulation is from their connection with the cerebrospinal system, as has been given. DO it THAT way.
