1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, Mrs. [5431]. Now, we find there are many changes in the general physical forces from that as we have had before. A great many of these are for the betterment. There have been some outside influences that have caused rather that of the FEAR element to enter in WITH the physical debilitations, that makes for rather the hardships in the body gaining that selfsame confidence in the abilities for that being administered to complete, or carry out that as had been outlined; yet the whole GENERAL condition shows SUCH an improvement that, as we find, would the body take full stock of conditions as existed, and as do exist in the present, it should know - through those activities and those administrations as may be administered from, or through, those channels as has been received - SHOULD bring the desired results, and WILL bring that as is COMPLETELY desired by the body AS it cooperates WITH those administering, and is wholehearted in doing that as has been and is suggested. Ready for questions.

2. (Q) Are irrigations made correctly? (A) These are very good, but - as we would find - were these made from the left, rather than right side, or from erect position, that they would be more effective in passing those forces that have caused the disorders in the system - see?

3. (Q) How often in a week should they be given? (A) Not more than once a week, UNLESS there is too much gas, or too much FULLNESS from the body's condition; and this, as we find, would not be, will the diet be more in keeping with that which will build for the system the proper reaction in the peristaltic movement of the bowels themselves; that is, not as cathartics, not even those as laxatives, other than as from the food values themselves - see?

4. (Q) Are baths too strenuous for body? (A) There ARE times when they become too strenuous, and when the body thinks they are going to be too strenuous,

then they really are! This we would alter according to the needs of the conditions. Let the BODY get that hold, that the administrations are necessary for the proper alleviating OF distresses, and of creating the proper elements for the body itself to build THROUGH that as is assimilated, and not merely as rote, to be gone through with - and maybe the body will act or respond and maybe it won't!

5. (Q) How often should they be given? (A) As is NECESSARY for the needs of the conditions - see?

6. (Q) Is diet correct, more laxative or more nourishing with meat? (A) More laxative, but nourishing in a blood and nerve building. Not necessary that meats be for strength, unless the body has a whole meat consciousness, but those of the proteins, of the fats, of the hydrocarbonates - may be obtained JUST as much from the food VALUES, properly balanced, that are NOT of the flesh, as of the flesh itself, and the VIBRATIONS are so altered by the flesh diet for one that is attempting to create an equal balance in nerve and blood forces - see?

7. (Q) How much rest should be taken each day? (A) At least two and a half to three hours, and this may be distributed.

8. (Q) Any other advice to cure itch? (A) We would use those of the lard and the sulphur.

9. (Q) Any other advice to cure pain in arm? (A) These may - for LOCAL conditions - be relieved by the applications of the saturated solution of Epsom salts in hot packs, or pads, over those portions that cause the distress.

10. (Q) Were the violet rays applied correctly, and is it necessary to have more treatments? If so, how many? (A) At least six to eight more should be taken. In about the same manner as these were administered, for these are very good.

11. (Q) Is there an injury to body's knee, or will time heal the pain? (A) There is quite a STRAIN in the muscular forces, and with the proper massage and the proper care - not give too MUCH to same, or attempt to use too soon, or too strenuous, but with the proper precautions, these should adjust themselves properly.
