Time of Reading 4:45 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. New York City. (Physical Suggestion)
1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [5448]. Now, as we find, there are specific existent conditions, and there are those that are rather hidden in the physical functioning. The greater disturbance or anxiety is produced from those of specific natures that have been for some times back existent in the structural and the active forces of the body.
2. These, then, are the conditions as we find them with this body, [5448] we are speaking of:
3. IN THE BLOOD SUPPLY, this is very good in many respects, yet there is the lack of those forces that make for the ability of the renewing of vitality in portions of the system, the hindrances being from contractions, as well as from scar tissue from contraction in locomotion and in and about those of the lower extremity, and partially in those of the brachial plexus extremities. These, then, are hindered by these specific conditions that existed from those infectious forces as attacked the body in times back.
4. IN THE NERVE FORCES, these are also hindered in much the same manner, yet there are the indications that these, in a greater or lesser degree in some portions of the extremities so affected, still function UNDER the stress and strain of those indentations, or those obstructions in the physical structural portions of the system, or ABOUT the tissue that GOVERNS the locomotory action of same.
5. In the general functioning of the system, as to brain's reaction, brain's reflections - these are very good, and become accentuated at periods, though there are those times when the body mentally becomes discouraged, not only of the abilities for the proper reaction in the physical body but for the hindrances to the body to function in the manner as is desired by the body.
6. IN THE FUNCTIONING OF THE ORGANS THEMSELVES, these - as we find - may carry that that WOULD be necessary for the absorption of, and replenishing or rebuilding of the system
5448-1 Page 2
to a nearer normal condition; that is, the elements are there - the functioning of the organs that make for the creative forces in the system for supplying that that may not only dissolve but absorb and eliminate, and replenish and rebuild, those forms of pressures, those forms of strangulations in muscular forces and tissue about the extremities, and of the ganglia that affect and govern the locomotory forces of the lower body, as well as of that disturbance to the upper portion. Will there be added, with persistence and consistency, those things from without that WOULD assist in creating those elements in the system, as to COORDINATE WITH the activity of the blood supply IN its attempt to create not only nerve impulses but the blood circulation through those affected portions, we would find that within eighteen to twenty months there should be a much nearer normal functioning than exists in the present. To be sure, we will find that it will require patience and persistence on the part of those that would apply, and of the body to HAVE applied, those things necessary for these changes in the system.
7. In meeting these and applying these, then, we would apply a preparation that would be made in this way and manner. This we would apply at least twice each week:
8. To 1 gallon of plain gasoline; not high test, but the PLAIN gasoline - add 1 ounce Oil of Mustard, and 1 ounce of Oil of Cedar.
9. Shake this well together before the quantity necessary is poured for use. Use about two tablespoonsful to massage into those portions of the lumbar and the limbs that show for the distortion, and the activities where there is stiffness, inactivity, from the portion of the body TO the limbs, also through that of the brachial center to the dorsal and to the arm, that show for the lesser disorder. These, we find, should be kept consistently and persistently - the massages - twice each week, Tuesdays and Thursdays.
10. On Wednesdays (once each week) we would apply those low vibrations of the PLAIN violet ray OVER those centers, beginning from the solar plexus and going toward the extremity centers, and following out those first from the brachial center to the tips of fingers, along the larger nerve and muscular centers of the arm, forearm and hand. Then going from the solar plexus center to those of the lumbar plexus, and following these through the sacral region to the larger nerves and muscles that lead to the extremities of the lower limbs, especially along those of the LUMBAR region, sacral also.
11. Do this for thirty-six days, or treatments - see? Then
5448-1 Page 3
we would give further instructions.
12. The diet, as we would find, will be that that is a well balanced diet, with a tendency more toward those of the alkalin reaction in the system, that is both body and blood building - and we will find we will bring the bettered conditions for this body, [5448]. Ready for questions.
13. Ready for questions.
14. (Q) How long a period should the violet ray be used at a time? (A) From three to five minutes. First one, as given, from the solar plexus center, or the 9th and 10th dorsal area - this applied directly to the body itself, to the brachial CENTER - see? than along those nerve areas to the extremities of the brachial center. This would last for a minute to two minutes and a half, see? then back again to the brachial center, then to the solar plexus area, then to the lumbar plexus, and follow out along those regions of the limbs.
15. (Q) I am supposed to undergo an operation in two years. What will be the outcome? (A) As WE would find, were these carried in this way and manner, BEFORE that period there would be such an improvement, such a change, that it would be very doubtful as to whether there would be the necessity of an operation!
16. (Q) What college do you suggest I should enter? (A) This would depend somewhat upon the ability of activity of the body. Either Barnard, or those that would be closer - unless there is that desire for those other activities that may become necessary for the mental and physical development for the body, when these might be made in even foreign lands.
