1. EC: Yes, we have the body, [5453]. This we have had before. Many are the physical changes as have come about in this body since last we had same here. Not that the body so deficient in its proper reaction, but the changes in the physical functioning as related to those of the organs themselves, changes in the blood supply, in the nerve system, and throughout. Many of these are for good. Many of these are not so well. Those conditions of which the body should be warned most are the tendencies of the low pressure in the blood supply, and the effect this has upon the circulation, as related particularly to that of the upper portion of lungs, throat, bronchials. This produced by pressure as is created in the lower portion of the sacral region, as well as reflexly through that of the 2nd and 3rd dorsal plexus. A few osteopathic adjustments, looking after that of the diet, with those wherein the body keeps much in the open, deep breathing, exercising of the arms upward in expanding lungs, and the body should be near physically fit. Ready for questions.
2. (Q) Please give the specific treatment for the eyes at the present time? (A) The correction and the adjustments in that of the upper dorsal and lower cervical, and we will find these will materially aid the eyes in the proper reaction and retraction. The use of the eyes, and under the condition in which the body has labored, tend to give the strain on the lachrymal ducts, as seen here, that have the effect on the eyelids. This will be materially aided by the application of the Violet Ray to the eye, and occasionally the use of an old potato, scraped, as a palliative application - binding same, and when rising and cleansing same - or when the face is washed, or when these are cleansed in the morning, use a mild solution of boracic acid.
3. (Q) Should the eyes be re-examined and new glasses procured? (A) No. Do this as WE have given.
4. (Q) Is the number of cigarettes the body smokes harmful
5453-9 Page 2
to it? and should the number be decreased? (A) Cigarettes are not so harmful as the irritation as is produced from that condition as comes from the lower portion of brachial plexus to the lungs themselves. Naturally, with the stimuli as is produced from the smoke over portion of the throat, the lungs, irritation sets up. This is NOT so bad, if the condition is corrected.
5. (Q) Will the tender spot in the left thigh be removed by the treatment suggested? (A) Correct the condition in the sacral, and we will find this is the cause of the tenderness in the thigh.
6. (Q) What exercise would be of benefit to the body in view of the walking it did prior to locating at its present place of residence? (A) More of the action of those from above the diaphragm, than so much below. Walking is very well, but more action of the arms UP, and the expansion of the lungs and deep breathing, and exercise on the beach and ocean, and water and sand, and these are well for the body.
7. (Q) What is the cause of the body's dislike for eating fish, fowl, game and certain meats? (A) From the condition as existed in that as a Norseman, when he lived on these alone.
8. (Q) Are the headaches which the body has at times caused from the condition of eyes? (A) Caused rather from the condition in the lower portion of the brachial plexus, and that condition existent in the sacral region. The effect as is created on the weakened condition to the eyes, as has been given times before, these are irritant to the condition and assist, of course, in bringing about the headache. With the corrections, with the exercise, drinking plenty of water - PLENTY of water - taking it more as medicine - we will find the body will improve.
9. (Q) Will the cough be removed by following the treatment suggested? (A) That's what it's given for!
10. (Q) Is there any organic condition in the lungs? (A) Conditions have existed. These may be easily blocked off.
11. (Q) What is the condition of the kidneys? (A) That's why plenty of water should be given, that no sediments are formed from conditions as have existed through these portions of the body. Well to drink plenty of water that carries - not heavily lithia, but lithia - with much of the lime and of sulphur.
12. (Q) Where can this water be obtained? (A) There's parts of it that have been where he lives!

13. (Q) Will the water that is gotten from Williams be of benefit? (A) Be very beneficial. Be very beneficial to keep for any that suffers from such conditions.
14. (Q) Any further advice and suggestions for this body? (A) Keep the body physically fit.
15. We are through for the present.
