Time of Reading 1:10 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Va. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: We have the body here, [5453] - this we have had before. The conditions, as we find, are much changed from those as we have had heretofore, and FEW of these are for betterment. There are distresses not only in the physical but in the mental, and in the whole being of the body.

2. The physical applications should be such as make for a nerve and blood reaction, that will make for a BUILDING for same - and as these corrections come we would find the outlook and the mental forces improved also.

3. The weakness in the blood supply, the tendency for congestions through lungs, through throat, the heaviness to the activities of the system - are result of more fatigue to the actual forces of the system than of there being derangements, other than overtaxed in the present.

4. Take those properties internally that are BLOOD building, as may be found in those of Beef, Iron and Wine combined - Wyeth's the better, as we find. Take at least a teaspoonful twice each day.

5. Get as much rest as possible, physically AND mentally.

6. Exercise in the open as much as possible. Keep in the sunshine as much as the body may.

7. We will also find that the use of the inhalant that has been given will CLARIFY the throat, bronchi, lungs - and be well for the NASAL cavities also. These we would breathe into the system as a form for the activities WITH the circulatory system, at least three or four times each day.

8. Let the food values be of those that are nourishing to the extreme. These should be as a sample - they may be altered or changed to meet the conditions as the body finds to aid the appetite:

9. Mornings - should be as of a COOKED cereal, eggs, or such that are digestive WITH the system - see? Then these may be altered with those of fruits - stewed fruits, as figs, prunes, and such natures - but do not combine same!

10. Noon - preferably those of the green vegetable salads,

with plenty of the oils with same; following same with a BROTH of some kind or nature.

11. Evenings - at least twice to three times each week have those of the pigs' knuckle, pigs' liver or calves' liver, or those of the blood puddings, or those of the meats - beefsteaks, that are not TOO well cooked - see? These should NOT be with too much starches when taken though beans, peas and lentils and such may be taken with same.

12. At least twice each day drink those of malted milk or dried milk, or the warm milk - see?

13. Keep the eliminations open - see? Do that. Ready for questions.

14. (Q) Are the pains in the throat a result of the condition given? (A) Result of the weakness and of the condition given. Hence that clarifying as will be ESPECIALLY good for the system through the inhalations, that will act as an antiseptic and assist in throwing these off and PREVENT these from becoming a condition as takes hold on a low vitality at the present.

15. (Q) Is there any organic condition at the present time? (A) Organic condition in that the whole general SYSTEM is depleted, but as organic conditions where conditions attack - only those of the mucus forming portion, or the lymph centers - see? Hence the clarifications. Do as we have given, and we will find the bettered conditions for the body.

16. (Q) Is smoking harmful or an irritant to the condition? (A) Smoking too much would be harmful; smoking two or three times each day, following the meals, would not be harmful. Not too much at nigh nor soon of mornings.

17. (Q) Is the body absorbing any poisons from the affected tonsils or teeth? (A) Not so much from this as general depletion, as given.

18. (Q) Is the body able to carry on the work that it is now doing, under present conditions? (A) He will have to take precautions, to follow very closely those things he's been doing. If he does not he will find that he will NOT be able to meet the conditions - see?

19. (Q) Any other advice for this body? (A) Do those things as we have outlined, and we will find the physical forces improving; as these general conditions surrounding the body are changed, the changes will be for the better. We are through for the present. Copy to Self
