1. EC: We have the body here, [5459]. This we have had before. Now, we find there are those conditions as have been spoken of, that are not as well even as has been. While there are not IMMEDIATE conditions to be reckoned with that would be so detrimental, but there are immediate conditions to be reckoned with that would PREVENT the conditions from becoming more acute, and thus bringing greater detrimental conditions for the body. Now, we find these conditions existent: Some of these have been covered before, but the change in the relationships of the physical function, brought about by acute conditions and of SPECIFIC conditions as have REMAINED WITHOUT any change in their relationship, except producing greater destructive forces - these, then, are those as we find them at present:

2. IN THE BLOOD SUPPLY, this indicates the condition as exists in the eliminations of the system. The disturbances as have existed, and as DO exist for the eliminations, are not properly distributed in the system; neither are they ELIMINATED through their proper channels. As is seen from that indicated in the capillary circulation, as WELL as the conditions as exist in the muscle and tissue about the sinew of the system, especially in those of the extremities. So we have a SLOWED circulation, with at times only a slight pressure created. Not that these are detrimental of IMMEDIATE conditions, but they bring distresses and dis-ease to the whole functioning system of this body, [5459] we are speaking of.

3. IN THE NERVE SYSTEM, here we find again the effect of these eliminations, as is produced by pressure caused in nerve centers, of which there has been information given, so that the changing OF these would produce the change in incentives of the system as related TO elimination, digestion, and assimilation. Also in the nerve plexus there are pressures or those conditions existent that should be eliminated through the drosses through the kidneys, and

5459-4 Page 2

through the respiratory system. These show that the system is ATTEMPTING to adjust itself and receives pressure IN tissue that causes distress. The same is apparent as is seen in those pressures that cause noises in head, depression that produces melancholia at times - again insomnia, or the attempt to rest without the ability TO rest.

4. IN THE FUNCTIONING OF THE ORGANS, and the effect these pressures in the cerebrospinal system produce, and the effect as is ALSO related to those conditions existent. With these pressures, the digestive and assimilating system - even that of the conditions as exist through constipation and effect, and an affectation that causes much distress in the blood supply in pressures created, and in the conditions general in the system.

5. To meet the needs, then, at this time:

6. Those manipulations that will LOOSEN and relax the body, so that the incentives through nerve supply will be stimulated in their proper direction - ESPECIALLY so that the alimentary canal, the liver, the spleen and the kidneys function near normal. This will be accomplished not only by the ADJUSTMENTS as are necessary for same, but by the diet, the character and the amount of exercise as the body may take other than that brought about by such manipulations.

7. The manipulations should be especially for those in the regions of the upper dorsal and of the upper cervicals, so that the whole central nerve system may obtain more stimuli from that assimilated energy created in the system.

8. Also in the diet, let those be of properties that produce more of the activities for the liver and the UPPER hepatic circulation. Those of little or no MEATS, save the JUICES of same. Fish or fowl may be taken in moderation. No white bread. All of the whole wheat or rye variety. No stimuli more than once each day of coffee or tea. Rather those of the cocoa, Ovaltine, or milk - and then, preferably buttermilk. This HASN'T agreed, but this WILL, with the manipulations made properly.

9. The exercises should be of a SPECIFIC nature. Mornings, exercise the UPPER portion of the body - head, neck, shoulders - rotation of head, back, forward, side, circle - both ways - at least eight to ten times, and take TIME to DO IT! Also in the evenings, when ready for retiring, the circular motion of the body BELOW the diaphragm, so that the muscles of the abdomen and of the locomotories in the lower portion of the body may be relaxed sufficient that the body will rest easier.

10. Walks are well. Sand packs better. The water of the

5459-4 Page 3

ocean good, but not TOO much exercise IN same.

11. This, we would find, should accomplish nearer the NORMAL conditions for this body in three to four weeks. Ready for questions.

12. (Q) How can the body overcome and master depression from which he suffers? (A) By the relaxation of the central nerve system, so that the sympathetic and the sensory systems are not receiving pressure from poisons or from nerve strain. Also inactivity of the mental forces, as has been outlined.

13. (Q) How long should the body stay at the hospital? (A) Three to four weeks.

14. (Q) Should the body change the present occupation? (A) This may be better determined by the body when the physical forces function nearer normal - for the body will have a different outlook on life's experience.

15. (Q) Can the constipation of the body be cured? (A) It can - in the manners as have been given. The exercises, the corrections, and the diet. Well that, while these are first beginning, enemas and mild emits be used, that the poisons do not accumulate in colon; neither the liver find inactivity for the system.

16. (Q) Should the body change the present living conditions of boarding in the country or return to his apartment in N.Y.? (A) After the changes and the nearer normal physical forces, we would return.

17. (Q) Should the body sell his stock holdings and change to others? (A) Not as yet.

18. (Q) Will the body be cured of the head noises? (A) Do as has been given and see! for we have given those changes as necessary to bring about much nearer normal conditions for this body.

19. (Q) Will there be any changes made in the firm with which he is associated? If so, how will it affect him? (A) We do not find changes of IMMEDIATE nature. Were the changes made that have been CONTEMPLATED, they would be beneficial to the body - with the changes and with different associations as would come from same. We are through for the present.
