Time of Reading 3:40 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Virginia. (Body and enquiring mind - questions regarding all phases of the body's life)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body, the enquiring mind, Mr. [5466]. Also those relations and conditions as surround this body. Ready for questions.

2. (Q) Advise the body as to how to go about to interest someone in buying Elisabeth Park, Princess Anne County, Va., for development into a high class suburb, for industrial purposes, or for an airport. (A) This, as we find, offers some unusual conditions. While there are hindrances as respecting interesting individuals or groups in such developments at the present time, due to unstable conditions in some parts of the country; yet this particular interest, or portion, may be worked to good advantage were those interests from two distinct phases of the development (that may be made) considered. FIRST there is to be the consideration as is necessary for this particular development to be made more accessible in the way of incoming and outgoing products, from the industrial standpoint. Then viewed from this angle, those of Pittsburgh or Philadelphia interests, who HAVE access to some interests that are interested in this especial district at the time, due to developments here, may be and WILL be the proper channels for consideration. As for the airport, this may be considered from two angles also. The location especially for those of the county and the surroundings, for interests may be made as one for commercial or governmental ports. BOTH would be channels to consider, dependent upon which one the body [5466] is able, or has the better access to, see?

3. (Q) Who should the body approach who might be able to help him re-finance Elizabeth Park? (A) Those interested in the Pennsylvania Railroad!

4. (Q) Give any advice to the body as to any steps that would be advisable to take in order to settle up his father's estate, as quickly as possible, and to the best

5466-1 Page 2

advantage of his father and mother. (A) This a rather tough proposition under the present conditions surrounding same, yet those holdings, those interests where they are in part, or where there is held an interest due to the holdings, should be liquidated as fast or as quick as may be justifiably done. As is seen and recognized by the body, many of these interests are of such nature, under the existent circumstances and conditions, that while it is hard to hold to some of them, under the existent conditions it would be foolhardiness to liquidate, under the conditions or offers as would be made on and in some instances. Then, use that discretion - the body has very good judgement - the body know how to handle people very well, but don't be too afraid to approach those who really have large interest or holdings in other portions of the country, who are interested in the developments in this particular portion of the country at this time. Such interests as the Chicago holdings; such interest as those who are developing the ways for the incoming of the railroads, ports, holdings of such nature - many of these may be approached and assistance and aid be gained from them in various portions of the interest of the body, that is attempting to settle for the best advantage of all concerned.

5. (Q) Is the body actually half owner of the property known as W. Ventosa, Norfolk Co., and Elizabeth Park in Princess Anne Co.? (A) Half owner.

6. (Q) Is the contract legal and binding which the body has with his mother and father regarding a half interest in the above? (A) That's why the holding IS, and where the contract IS binding. It is!

7. (Q) Should the body take any steps to protect his equity? (A) In the manner as has been outlined, yes - that's for the best interests of all - that's just been given.

8. (Q) Would it be wise for the body to make a life work of his stamp business? (A) Good!

9. (Q) Give any information or advice as to the stamp business that would help the body. (A) This, as is seen and recognized by the body, is fast becoming a business all of its own; yet the many interests of the body at present do not permit the body giving as much or all time to same; yet to aid in furthering this, it is necessary that the body join in with some of the international interest as concerning this portion or part of

5466-1 Page 3

the body's work; that is, identifying self with the national and international MOVEMENTS as regarding collectors and collectors' interests. The change and interchangeable interests as are fast being established in this line. Through these channels will the body be able to further this portion of his work.

10. (Q) Is the boy he has been employing - the little red headed boy - safe to trust with his stamps? (A) He's very good - to a certain extent. There is seen, in all such associations, in this nature and character of undertakings, there is seen that some of the issues of such become suddenly very valuable. As long as the body knows as much or a little bit more than the red headed boy about his business, he can trust it - and be sure you always do!

11. (Q) Name representatives of any out of town airports that he could get in touch with? (A) Naturally, there are national and international representatives. This, as is seen, represents a real strategic point, and interests national - that's Washington, or New York, or both - the Philadelphia port, the Baltimore, the Richmond, and the southern ports - ALL may be interested in making this a port that would be beneficial, COMMERCIALLY, to all - on account of the incoming and outgoing interests that may be centralized here.

12. (Q) Any certain individuals the body should approach, or who would be best? (A) Those that control those that have been outlined!

13. (Q) How may the body find who these representatives are? (A) They are nationally known representatives! Regarding this condition, in this manner, see - this is made specific, that COMMERCIAL aviation and centers, or those of NATIONAL interests, as defense, or national interests - see? either of those may be considered, from the COMMERCIAL standpoint - these as have been given from these various points, see? they are unified. From the NATIONAL or governmental, from THOSE interests - see?

14. (Q) What price per acre would you suggest for Elizabeth Park? (A) Dependent upon what it is to be used for! whether it is for commercial development, industrial development, airport development - but from $1500 to $3000 per acre!

15. (Q) Regarding the physical, what would be best for the body to do about his teeth? Should all of them be removed or just certain ones? (A) Local applications and treatments for individual teeth. Then use Ipsab!

16. (Q) Which teeth are giving the body trouble? (A) Two lower molars on the one side, and the upper - those

5466-1 Page 4

near the stomach teeth.

17. (Q) On the right or left side? (A) Left side.

18. (Q) Should those be removed or just treated? (A) At least two of these - one above and below - should be removed. The others should be treated locally.

19. (Q) Has the body a growth in his nose that should be removed? (A) Remove the condition as we find with the teeth and throat here, that comes from infections - and then use those of the Dobell solution for an inhalant, or any inhalant that clarifies the condition - and this will be removed.

20. (Q) Any other advice regarding the body's health? (A) That may be more thoroughly gone into, but would necessitate a general examination - which we haven't here at present, except for specific conditions. We are through for the present. Copy to Self " " Ass'n office " " Datastician
