Time of Reading 11:30 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Virginia. (Physical Suggestion)
1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [5467]. In the physical forces of the body we find distraughtness and incoordinations through the physical forces of the body, and the wonderment is often that the physical and the mental and spiritual do hold together.
2. In the physical forces, to give the cause of the conditions and that as produces the distress, would be a history of conditions. These, in part, are causes:
3. With the mental exhaustion of body, through taxation physically and mentally, there came that almost complete disassociation between sympathetic and cerebrospinal nervous systems, and the body in its relaxing from same loses, and has lost, control over the associations of physical abilities and mental at-oneness. Not that the mental body has been destroyed, or in the condition of being unbalanced. Rather of the disassociation of the mental and physical.
4. In the conditions, then, to be met - to reach that as is to be of aid in a physical manner - is to create that for the system, where there may be again the associations OF the physical, the mental, and the nervous forces of the body associating and coordinating one with another. These, as we find, may be made possible, will the body-physical but respond to those applications as may be made for this rejuvenation and resuscitating of the vitality in system, as will make for the coordinating of the nervous forces in the body.
5. Then, we would begin with, as this - and this may be accomplished best by those who will be in accord with that as is attempting to be created and brought about in the physical conditions of the body, and unless those in charge of the applications are in accord, in sympathy with, DO NOT attempt it.
6. Give, then, THESE internally - not changing from some that are being given at present, but give as this:

7. First prepare as a carrier, this: Take 2 ounces of wild cherry bark and 6 ounces distilled water, add together, reduce by slow boiling to 2 ounces. Strain and add to same lactated pepsin 1 ounce. Then prepare as this:
8. Take 1 dram Indian Turnip, 2 drams Wild Ginseng - add to 4 ounces distilled water. Reduce by simmering, not heavy boiling, to 2 ounces. Strain, and add to the carrier. Then add to this solution, Tincture of Capsici 2 minims. Cut 1/2 dram Balsam of Tolu in 1 ounce 85% alcohol and add to solution.
9. Give the dosage of this every 4 hours, 10 to 20 drops, see?
10. Each day, also, at eventide, give Chloride of Gold to the distilled water, 1 to 15, see? 15 ounces of water, 15 GRAINS Chloride of Gold - distilled water, see? Also prepare 6 ounces distilled water with 10 grains Bromide of Soda. The dose at eventide will be, 10 MINIMS Chloride of Gold and 5 minims Bromide of Soda.
11. In the MORNINGS, thoroughly massage the whole of the cerebrospinal system, rubbing into same - AFTER the massaging thoroughly with that of cold applications, see, following the massage - massaging into the centers along the spine, equal parts Tincture of Myrrh and Olive Oil. HEAT the oil, not to boiling - but nearly so, and add the myrrh. About a tablespoonful of each should be used. This the quantity to be used at each application.
12. BEGIN with this. Then, when this has been used - systematically, persistently - for twenty-eight (28) days, we would give further instructions. Do that. Ready for questions.
13. (Q) What diet? (A) That, that is principally of a nerve and blood building - see?
14. (Q) If these applications are followed, how long before a change - or before it will be better? (A) In ten to twelve days we will see a change for the better.
15. (Q) Should he be taken in the sunshine? (A) If taken in the sunshine, be sure he lies face downward, or to the side. Not TOO much sunshine in the face, for it tends for DIZZINESS to the body.
16. (Q) Is it alright to treat him at home, or would it be necessary to take him to the hospital? (A) As given, would be best to be treated in the home in the beginning, for we will find reactions and changes as will come about, and after the BEGINNING of the change for the betterment, we will then make changes as to the

surroundings.
17. (Q) Who should give the massage? (A) One that is in attune with that that is being attempted. Anyone - a nurse, or masseur, or osteopath - may do same.
