1. EC: Yes, we have the body and those conditions as surround the body. In the physical forces we find the body very good in most respects. There needs be that the mental BODY understand or experience that awakening within, that the body experience the knowledge and an understanding of the relationships between the mental, the physical, and the spiritual body.
2. In physical forces, or THROUGH these channels, there have been builded fears, disappointments, and such relations, bringing to the body those ills incident to such conditions. This, in its final analysis, is the lack of faith, hope, and the inability of the body to do WITH pleasure those things it finds hard to do. Hence there is too great a tendency for self-aggrandizement. This must eventually bring its own reward, as would those elements that awaken the spiritual and mental forces of the body, in the final analysis, bring to the physical body THEIR own results, from the use of, the applying of, its tenets (those spiritual truths) in the activities of the body itself.
3. In the physical-material body, LITTLE changes in the present affect many a better outlook upon life and life's experience in this material plane; also will such changes bring to the body, in no UNCERTAIN terms, in a very SHORT period, more JOY in living, more JOY in life itself; living for others, and giving rather than taking from the influences of the world as a whole, as well as those more closely associated WITH self, will bring peace and contentment, AND joy, that would be hard to be measured either by WORLDLY conditions or by comparison in WORLDLY measures. They BE those things that may not be bought, save by the own PERSONAL activities of a mind, a mental body itself.
4. We would have those CORRECTIONS made in the physical body itself, in the cerebrospinal nervous system, that tend to make pressures on the lower dorsal and the upper cervical centers, that make for that tendency of a poor distribution
5470-1 Page 2
of nerve ENERGIES in the diaphragm region, as well as to the lower locomotaries. This also, corrected in the present, will prevent that plethora of organic functionings in the region, that would occur later on, are these neglected or corrected in some other manner or means. These will also, in the cervical, make for a better coordination in the sympathetic system with those of the sensory organism, as to make for a more active coordination in the organs OF the sensory system. Not more acute to the MISERIES of life, but more SURE in the effort that there is much - and there SHOULD be much - that the entity itself is to DO ABOUT those conditions existent in self's association, self's surroundings. With these changes and the altered forces, we will find a bettered and a nearer normal activity of the body physically, mentally.
5. The manipulations, osteopathically given, we would have cover at least two periods of adjustments and treatment. One, or the first, for about a week to fifteen days, every other day. Then rest for a period of equal number of days or periods of treatment. Then for another three to five treatments, with a DOUBLE amount of rest period. Then three to five more.
6. In the meantime, keep a well balanced diet, a well balanced mental and physical activity; and the outlook upon life, the changes in the aspects through which the entity will seek for the satisfying of its material as well as mental desires, will be changed with its outlook upon the mental and the physical life. Ready for questions.
7. (Q) What can I do to become a mother again? (A) Best learn through those experiences of life what motherhood MEANS, rather than what motherhood DEMANDS of self. Study rather as to how MUCH of self may be given, that there may be the opportunity for God to manifest in His way, through HIS means, those of a soul that may THROUGH thine efforts, through thine bodily suffering, FIND an opportunity to seek His face.
8. (Q) What can body do to take away fear of parent's sicknesses? (A) This may only be taken away by LOSING it in HIS power, HIS might, through SPIRITUAL and MENTAL concentration upon the self being a channel of the Creator as thine OWN parents were to THEE, may you in thine weakness be made strong in, and through HIS might bear those things necessary for that desired.
9. (Q) Would raw spinach juice be beneficial to body? (A) Rather that as has been outlined, as for corrections in the physical body, with a well BALANCED diet that is both blood and nerve building. Spinach, to many an individual,

is as a name. More oft are the effects, or good effects, over exaggerated; yet this, in its proper place, gives and offers that of ONE means of adding many elements to the body that are OFTEN not assimilated through other means. Better, then, that there be those corrections, and a well BALANCED diet; spinach in its various modes or manners of being prepared for assimilation, used in a moderate way and manner, and through the regular ways.
