Time of Reading 11:00 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., N.Y. (Physical Suggestion)
1. EC: Yes, we have the body here. Now, we find in the physical there are disturbances that at times cause distress in the physical functioning. These have to do with specific conditions and the EFFECTS as are produced IN varied PORTIONS of the system through this distraughtness.
2. These, then, are the conditions as we find them with this body, [5471] we are speaking of, present in this room.
3. IN THE BLOOD SUPPLY, this we find very good in many respects. Not as sufficient a quantity as would be WELL FOR the body, for the CIRCULATION - while kept very good, shows the EFFECT of the CHARACTER of distress through the activity necessary, and the changing balance in the eliminations OF the system; so that with tests - either for the acids or for the character in the hemoglobin, or in the various elements - THESE would VARY, were a series of the inflammations gathered FROM same.
4. IN THE NERVE SYSTEM, OR SYSTEMS, do we find an EFFECT of the greater distress in the physical forces - as does this show also in the manner in which the CIRCULATION, as RELATED TO the nerve system, is carried on. There being specifically, in certain ganglia, PRESSURE created BY conditions existent in the cerebrospinal impulse from the conditions existent in the ORGANS of the body as related to the FUNCTIONING of same; especially in or from pelvic or abdominal region. These, then, are SYMPATHETIC one with another. Hence the changes as come in the various portions of the system FROM the distress, produced by improper incentives through the plexus in the lower lumbar, sacral, and the lower portion of the dorsal region. A LESION, then, exists in the false pelvic region. This affecting directly those nerves of the 4th LUMBAR ganglia, also the 12th dorsal ganglia. This gives REPRESSION in the functioning of the organs in pelvis, as these also affect the hepatic circulation and give to the DIGESTIVE system that improper impulse through ITS activity. In the reactions of same
5471-1 Page 2
through the SYMPATHETIC nerve system, from brush end of the cerebrospinal to both ends or junctions of the sympathetic in the 9th dorsal plexus, or joining with the lower end of the SOLAR plexus ganglia, these bring for the system those of those repressions, as have to do with the effects as are CREATED in the COLON itself. These, then, are seen as reflexes, and as changes in the system through improper impulse, produced by a lesion, and the conditions radiate from the portion of the system where those ganglia of the lower lumbar and sacral throw off in the system their impulses. These are the effects, then, as WELL as that repression as comes sympathetically to those of the UPPER portion of body, through the ganglia that lead directly to those of the head, through the cardiac - or secondary cardiac reaction; bringing for the hypogastric and pneumogastric those crosses in the brain forces, or impulses there, as produces that repression to the eyes and to the head itself.
5. IN THE FUNCTIONING OF THE ORGANS THEMSELVES, brain forces are very good.
6. Those of the sensory system as related to those distresses created - as are seen through the reflex - these are under suppression; that is, the blood attempting to alleviate the used forces, finds that not enough impulse is received for the full activity. Hence the FLUSHES as come at times to head, neck, throat.
7. Bronchia and lungs are good. These show an effect of a disturbed circulation, but organically functioning near normal.
8. The digestive system is under distress, as is seen, sympathetically.
9. Heart's action at times shows normal; at others shows repression; at others NEARER ABOVE normal by two to three beats. Functionally, itself - or organically, good.
10. Those of the liver, pancreas and spleen - show the effect of a distressed system. Not organically disordered, but rather functionally - produced sympathetically.
11. The assimilating system is under the DISTRESS of these disorders, in the lower portion of the hepatic circulation - as also shows for kidneys and portion of the liver itself. Acid is abundant in the system, especially through that of the colon itself, as is affected through the activity of those repressions, as it brings for the lower portion of the system those of the distresses in the form of nerve ends in MUSCULAR forces of the body, through those of the joint itself.
12. Then, in meeting the needs - that the repressions, also
5471-1 Page 3
the reactions in the system become where they have been voluntary becoming involuntary reactions - these much be taken into consideration, as well as keeping the equilibrium in the balance of the system as related to the cerebrospinal, as well as sympathetic nerve energies. Also the removal of the pressure as is seen in the sacral region, where lesions affect directly those of the organs of the pelvis themselves. These repressions here are the BASIS, or the seat of the disorders.
13. Then, we would apply those forces as may be found in the MANIPULATIVE measures, as will RELIEVE those pressures in the lumbar, the dorsal, and the sacral region - applying before ADJUSTMENTS are made FOR the release OF the pressure, those of wet heat, so that the relaxations may be MUCH bettered, and the wet heat would be well were same to carry those of the penetrating nature in the activity of those of Epsom Salts packs - saturated solution. These would be well to apply when the ADJUSTMENTS are to be made. These should be made at least ONCE each week, while the GENERAL manipulations should be made TWICE to THREE times each week.
14. We would also add those of the ELECTRICAL vibration as will be found in the HIGHER vibration of the sinusoidal rays, making the application - one anode at the brachial plexus center, the other at the junction between the lumbar and sacral region; ALTERNATED every third day to the lumbar (4th lumbar) and the upper portion of the umbilicus center, see? so that the alternation of the vibration comes between those of the lower portion to the ileum plexus, and those of the upper portion of the dorsal plexus, as affect the cardiac and the upper portion of the SOLAR plexus.
15. In the form of diet, these should be rather of those that are ALKALIN in their reaction.
16. Well, too, that for the condition as exists THROUGH the alimentary canal, that occasionally there be taken those of Glyco-Thymoline as an antiseptic - taken internally.
17. The diet being principally of the vegetable forces.
18. Local applications may be given for those pressures and irritations in the pelvic region.
19. Do THIS, and we will find that from three to four weeks we should have a near NORMAL REACTION, and the body in the position to care for itself THROUGH its activity - whether those of treatments or of actions given in its own exercise, to bring about normalcy for the system. Ready for questions.
20. (Q) Are the teeth having any effect on the system? (A) Only as a sympathetic condition. These may be treated LOCALLY, and taken care of. Use Ipsab and massage.

21. (Q) Is it advisable to use back, or save it? (A) Use in a manner in which the STRENGTHENING is bettered, see?
22. (Q) Do you advise plenty of lemons for this body? (A) The whole of the citrous fruit would be WELL. Lemons are excellent, but would be well to alter this with oranges AND grapefruit.
