Time of Reading 4:40 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. N.Y.C. (Body and enquiring mind - Physical - Mental and Spiritual reading, with questions)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body, the enquiring mind, [5472]. Now, we find, physically, many conditions AT TIMES disturb the body; nominally, most of these are those that disturb through the incomplete functioning of organs, especially as is related to eliminations of certain conditions as are produced from an acidity in the physical forces. These, as we find, may be best coordinated through the proper diet and those properties as will make for a nearer normal balance between the acid and alkalin, or more of alkalin - and especially same with oils. These will prevent those accumulations as come from incompleted forces active in the body.

2. In the body-mental, much might be given as respecting the abilities in this direction, for many and varied have been the experiences of the entity, and especially so along those lines as have had to deal with the activity of thought as related to conditions physical, material, and the general welfare of individuals. In these experiences much has been gained by the entity, in the insight of the application of such forces in the experience of individuals, and in the application in the present of those influences that will hold for individuals that of a precept, of a proper concept of a precept, that they (the individual), through those influences the entity may bring to bear upon same, may hold to their own upbuilding. In the basis of thought and study the entity has founded well, yet on account of the combative and varied influences these have made for the body-mind those of a wavering, in a manner, of approach, a manner of holding forth - as it were - for definite work, definite results, to be accomplished in peoples' lives through service as may be rendered by the entity itself. Because there has so oft appeared to be such a thin veil between the sublime and the ridiculous, the body-mind, the body-conscious, has often felt that ridicule - rather than

5472-1 Page 2

that of only respect - was directed at the efforts of the body-mind. Because so oft there has seemed to be such a little understanding in the minds of those who would contact precepts as the entity has held, the entity has seen in its application such a differentiation between moral standards of those that would or those that would not, that the ridicule has appeared to be of such a nature as to confound the entity and body mind in its approach as to what IS truth, what IS right, WHO IS to judge, who IS to say what the response is to individuals in their various experiences? yet the entity, the body-conscious, will find that more and more will there be set a criterion of THIS nature, that that builds for the WHOLE - and not in wholly gratifying of any of the carnal desire - is holy, for all force, all power, emanates from ONE source; for the spirit of truth maketh all power alive. When these forces or influences are MISDIRECTED, mis-used, the seed of same are as gall - but when these are applied in a continuity of faith, hope, long-suffering, understanding, loving kindliness, brotherly love, their fruits are as the bread of life, and become an aid to all who harken to same; and whether these be evil-spoken of by the rabble, or by those who know not the way, think not it light that there be some that have seen the light - for, as has been given, he that is wise in his own conceit has already cut himself away from the light, but he that humbleth himself shall BE exalted - He that seeks shall find, he that knocketh to him shall it be opened. In a manner, then, that THAT understanding taketh hold - DO NOT so act as to SEPARATE self from the whole; for, as of old, because they gather not in thine own band thinketh not that the other scattereth abroad from the great or Holy One; for all are come under that bond, even as is set in Him that was the way, the life, the light, and the river of waters as in a dry land. In gathering, then, know that to some is given the power of divination - through the concept as has been builded in the entity's development throughout the eons of space or time; to another has been given the interpretation of tongues; to another has been given healing; to another exhortation; to another service in this or that manner - but all are of the one spirit, the one source, in God. As His individuals harken, in the manner as they present that of their OWN labors, knowing this labor is not ALL labor - but make of that service rendered as holy as is those of the higher or lesser degree. As was given of old, some portions of the body are of the exalted, but all are as of the NECESSITY to the whole. So, in the labors of each servant of man, each service that may be rendered is NECESSARY to

the whole. Then, NOT in self-exaltation - but in the GLORIFYING of the Son in the Father, as shineth in thee, so labor. Ready for questions.

3. (Q) Is it possible to cure my left ear of deafness and how? (A) Though that of the applying of a low vibratory force of electrical vibration to those centers from which the radial forces of the cerebrospinal and sympathetic system give impulse to those of the auditory forces. By a stimuli through manipulative measures to the Eustachian tube, that set up drainages in that portion of body.

4. (Q) What is condition of heart? (A) This, as indicated from those conditions in eliminations, is raised in pressure of circulatory forces - or blood, but not an organic disturbance.

5. (Q) How can I best guide and help my daughter? (A) By precept and example. Labor with, even as ye would that should be done to you, do ye even so to them.

6. (Q) While in this body will I ever be able to see and hear on a higher plane? How can I develop this power? (A) In the material plane the raising of the mental consciousness to the various spheres of attunement is accomplished only in concentration and in attuning self to those forces as are without. The body-consciousness is made up, as has been given, of more than ONE consciousness - as is flesh, as is body - for there is the physical body, there is the mental body, there is the spiritual body. There is the spiritual consciousness, there is the mental consciousness, there is the body consciousness. These have their various minds or PLANES, as may be seen. As one develops, or as one opens self to those various spheres of understanding, one attains or gains an access, a vision, an insight, a hearing, a feeling, into these various planes. By the use of that in hand does one attain the next plane. The preparation for tomorrow is builded on today. The activities of a present experience is used for the development of the mental and spiritual influences. That's plain!

7. (Q) What can you tell us of the future of the work that Mrs. [5528] and I are doing together? (A) As has been indicated, these are - while of separate fields - One. One may aid the other, and worked or coordinated in such a manner much may be accomplished for self, as will be for others. These depend upon the application of self, of the corroborating of each in their respective spheres of endeavors. We are through for the present.
