1. EC: We have the body here - this we have had before. In some respects we find conditions are showing improvement. There are still those incoordinations as related to the TIREDNESS in the nerves of the body. First we would, in the beginning, gently relax the body throughout, through the manipulations, and ESPECIALLY so those of the drainages THROUGH the alimentary canal. This we would do most with the colonic irrigations. The manipulations we would give as to relax the nerve system. Sufficient exercise in the open to make for the relaxing, but not tension or tautness. Sufficient of the rest, physically AND mentally, that there may be builded up those of resistance within the system. We will find that it will be necessary, in a week to ten days, to CHANGE from these, for there will be conditions set up that must be acted upon or met as the conditions arise. These we would begin with. The manipulations given, a THOROUGH manipulation, and the relaxing of the cerebrospinal centers, every other day. The colonics we would give on Tuesdays and Saturdays, see? until at least four are given.
2. The diets, we would keep those that are as much of the nerve and blood building as the body can well assimilate, but do not over feed nor over diet, nor UNDER feed nor UNDER diet. Do that.
3. Then, when the changes are necessary, we will give those for the further CORRECTIONS as will be needed along the system. Do not make CORRECTIONS in the treatments, in the beginning. Let the system be thoroughly relaxed before we get to making adjustments, for making too quick adjustments will only accentuate the conditions as relating to the activity between the sympathetic and cerebrospinal nerves, that are so overtaxed. Ready for questions.
4. (Q) Give cause and treatment for disturbance of vision. (A) This has been given. Let's don't get to that until we are needed for it! Let us do this as is necessary, as we

have given, to build TO that, as we will - for this will be found to improve as the body is THOROUGHLY relaxed.
5. (Q) Give cause and treatment for distress in cervical area. (A) Too much taxation, from both that of the solar plexus center and of the hypogastric and pneumogastric reaction. These, as we are giving, and have given, if we RELAX the body, and REST the body, and RELIEVE those poisons THROUGH that of the alimentary canal, we will get the conditions in a much better condition for a THOROUGH and a PERMANENT rebuilding in the system. We are through with these readings.
