1. GC: You will have before you the body and the enquiring mind of [5481], present in this room, her business associations and relations, and her children - present in this room - and their associations. You will give advice that will be helpful to this body in all these associations, and answer the questions which we will ask you regarding same.
2. EC: Yes, we have the body, the enquiring mind, [5481], present in this room, and those associations and relations of the body, and that as respecting children, present in this room.
3. In the considerations of conditions physical, mental, financial, all should have their part and their consideration, and no one without regard the other; for life in its entirety through the physical manifestations of same requires that a normal, nominal, existence be made, that each phase of one's life, one's development, have its part, that one may be the well rounded, the well balanced individual in their application and in their relationships to others, to themselves, to associations, to individuals - and these, through the association or environment created for self or for others, have much to do with keeping the balance, that the life be well rounded, well lived.
4. In the first consideration, then, the physical body, or bodies, should have the proper attention - for through the body-physical in the material plane does the manifestations of the physical, the mental, the spiritual bodies make manifest as that as is gained or attained by a body, an entity, and IN this manner may the better manifestation OF self be expressed.
5. As for self, there have been conditions that have been aggravated in times past, that in the present do not cause so much distress. This has to do principally with the eliminations OF the system and their inability of coordinating one with another; that is, the eliminations are

not JUST as drosses as thrown off through alimentary canal, but those functionings of kidneys, of liver, of lungs, of the respiratory system, of the lymphatic circulation, all have their function to perform. These have at times become so overtaxed in portions of their condition as to bring distraughtness or disturbances to the system. The body should be mindful of these, and precautions should be taken that these are kept in a near normal balance, that congestion, cold, or such, do not have an OPPORTUNITY to attack the system in any manner.
6. Also there is seen, as respecting one of the children, that the tendency of anemia and the LACK of assimilation IN the system weakens the structural development of the body in such a way and manner that unless precautions or conditions are set about, this will prove physically detrimental to the physical conditions of the body. These should be taken as warnings, and while conditions are such as the vitality may be added to, so that the resistances in system may be builded up and the body PHYSICALLY may be strong, the body-mental may have the better temple to function through, the body- spiritual may keep its equilibrium and not be under the suppression, or under the oppression, of things physical or mental. Ready for questions.
7. (Q) Shall body send her son, [...] to college? (A) Send to college, if the body so desires. There are many conditions to be considered under such relationships. There ARE bodies who, that with a little learning - without the proper balance to apply that learning - makes for madness, or an unbalancing of the mental body as related to physical and spiritual well-being. Such is NOT the case in this body, [...] but rather that NORMALCY is required FOR the body, BY the body, in its application. NO man, no ONE, may learn too MUCH - unless the LEARNING is not assimilated and able to be used. If such becomes the condition, such is a wonderful illustration in the physical body - To over feed the body of sweets, to over stimulate the body of stimuli of any character physically, is to DESTROY the better elements, BUT - such stimuli, such sweets, used and assimilated, give vitality, the VIM, the expression NECESSARY FOR one to carry forward. So with the education, one may become OVERBALANCED in ANY direction, but the one fitting self for that as is desired as a manner of expression of self, self's abilities, self's talents, self's gifts - as are of the gods - these are but the better means of expression. As has been given from of old, "Today, then, is set before thee good and evil. Chose thou, what will be the outcome of that that is possessed or held in hand."

Then, if the body chooses - if the body desires such a channel for the better self expression of that desired to be accomplished; remembering, desire is of the physical, of the mental, and of the soul and spiritual body, partaking of each, and is an attribute of each.
8. (Q) Which college would be best? (A) That should be chosen by the body. One that would give for the body that of the best of SELF'S expression. Study the curriculum, then, of the various conditions, the various surroundings, and choose for self.
9. (Q) Will the body - that is, the mother - be successful in the insurance brokerage business in N.Y.? (A) Dependent upon what would be termed success, and upon the application of self's abilities in this field. Applied properly, applied in the manner and the way as has been set for self - successful.
10. (Q) Will body get her license in N.Y.? (A) The body may.
11. (Q) What course shall body pursue to do the best for her boys? (A) Study to show self approved unto God, taking the whole truth, and keeping self unspotted from the world. That's a very large field, but is covered in every phase of one's experience. Do not accept or take any one idea and think THAT is the whole, for every expression is a manifestation of the Creative Forces as are manifest, and have THEIR part in the Whole. Then, as given, study to show SELF approved unto God; NOT unto any individual, not unto an idea, but unto an IDEAL.
12. (Q) Is it advisable for body to send her son, [...] to a boarding school? If so, when? (A) At the next session, choosing one that is in keeping with that as is desired to be set before the son.
13. (Q) If the body sends boys to school, is it advisable for her to settle down where they go to school? (A) Be very advisable.
14. (Q) If so, shall the same business be followed wherever she settles? (A) Would be well.
15. (Q) In reference to one of the boys being anemic, what course shall mother pursue to correct same? (A) Put same, for the time being, under the supervision of one who would study the condition and go about to make amends or corrections for same. We are through for the present.
