Time of Reading 3:30 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Va. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [5490]. Now, we find there are conditions in the physical of which the body should take warning, rather than allowing same to continue. Though it causes at present only temporary inconvenience at times, allowing same to continue there must be builded that which would cause distress later on.

2. These conditions, as we find, have to do with specific existent conditions and the effect same has upon the assimilation and eliminations of the body.

3. In these condition, then, we find that - that as causes distress, in pain through the abdominal region, or the right portion, at PRESENT is an effect, and not WHOLLY a cause.

4. These, then, are conditions as we find them with this body, [5490] we are speaking of, present in this room:

5. THE BLOOD SUPPLY is very good, save as to the alternations as we find in the pressure created in the system. This, as we shall see, is an effect - not a cause. This is rarely CAUSE of disorders, until they have reached quite a different stage than exhibited in this system; the cause being, then, there are - in the lumbar and lower dorsal - those of lesions and adhesions, that easily may be broken up, if taken in time - but these, through the nerve plexus, so produce that disorder as to cause at times those of ACUTE conditions existent in the digestive system; so that the pain as comes about the heart and in the region of same, is a REFLEX from the pressure created, and from those disturbances in the sublimations as exist in lower dorsal and lumbar; as is also the disturbance in circulation.

6. IN THE NERVE SYSTEM, as indicated, these are the centers from which the radiations come, and which cause those in the glands of digestion - or of the lacteal glands - those of repressions to certain characters of foods, so that sugars and starches as are assimilated become excessive to the system, and with the ELIMINATIONS hindered by the pressures, produce that of the distress in the ASCENDING colon area, or

in those of the conditions in the plexus in the lower portion of the abdomen. This makes for those dizzinesses as occur to the body at times; tendency of headaches to be rather those of swimming or dizziness; and BLURRY for the eyes, in the vision. These are reflexes, coming through the hypogastric and pneumogastric plexus, from those lesions as given.

7. IN THE FUNCTIONING OF THE ORGANS, these, as we find, are very good.

8. Brain forces good. That of discernment, that of the alterations in change, are exceptional with this body.

9. The sensory system shows rather the effect; not a cause - as does at times these conditions as seen and given, in the swimming of head - and there are SOUNDS in the ear, the acuteness of these, the SENSITIVENESS of the sensory organism - these are reflexes, and are of PRESSURE through the hypogastrics. These cause these as effects; though, allowing to remain, may become LOCAL conditions arising - through non-eliminations.

10. Throat, bronchial, lungs, larynx - these are very good, save as a fullness which occurs.

11. Heart's action - the organ itself, good. The repressions as come about, or pains in the region at times, are from those of the digestive - rather than of the cardiac region.

12. Digestive system shows the effect of temporary conditions as arise from poor assimilation and elimination.

13. In meeting the needs, then, at the present time - we would find that the body would have those CORRECTIONS made in the cerebrospinal system, in cervical (as reflex), in dorsal as adjustment, in lumbar as breaking up of lesions and adhesions as have come in the VEGETATIVE system, or in the jejunum and the condition in the ascending colon. These, we will find, will bring the near normal forces for the body; adding to same, each day - as the body rests; not of night, but rest during the day - those applications of the Radio-Active Appliance - plain, or number one. They would be attached to the wrist AND ankle, opposite parts of the body. Do that. Ready for questions.

14. Manipulations should be given at least twice each week, and the ADJUSTMENTS ONCE each week - or one of those treatments being an adjustment treatment, see?

15. The application of the Radio Appliance should be each day.

16. As for the diet, be mindful that not too much starch nor too much sugar be taken, would the body desire to keep the near normal equilibrium in system. Those of red meats may

not be taken so well. Beware of TUBEROUS vegetables.

17. We will find that these applications will bring changes that are secondary, as of throat, eyes, and such conditions - heaviness in feet and lower limbs at times. This will all be removed by equalizing the condition. Do that. We are through for the present. Copy to Self " " Ass'n office " " Cayce Hospital
