1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, giving the cause of same and the treatment for the cure and relief for this body. You will answer any questions I will ask you regarding same.
2. EC: We have the body here. This we have had before.
3. Now, in many respects we find conditions accentuated in the present from that as we had here before. There are changes in the physical functioning of the body also that are not so good. These have been produced by variation of those things as were given for proper correction, and the conditions arising are effects of nerve pressure and of nerve detraction in the system. Hence the aggravated conditions that bring about those distressing conditions to the mental and nerve reaction of the body. We would change, then, much of that as has been outlined for the correction of these conditions. The lights as lately applied have aggravated conditions - not properly set. The manipulations are good. RATHER, however, would - or should - these be applied in the neuropathic manner, or Swedish massage manner - these will bring more of the reaction to the nerve system as a sedative nature, than as causing the distress to the mental images or imaginations of the mind. The change as is occurring in body - though as yet these have NOT been completed in that of the change of life - these produce an exaggeration to the nerve system throughout the whole body, and the likes - the dislikes - the fears - the distresses, are magnified then in the reaction to the system. Hence that of the gentle massage, rather than of deeper manner, would bring better conditions for the body.
4. Also be careful of the system producing toxins from the foods taken, or of the colon and the drosses in system intoxicating, as it were, the nerve reflexes through the lower portion of the hepatic circulation. We would take the elm water, for this is as a soothing to the intestinal system, supplying properties necessary for the jejunum and the lower portions of the stomach, or throughout the lower

end of same. A pinch between the thumb and forefinger - in a glass of water - stirred in - would be the quantity to give for a draught. This may be taken two to three times each day.
5. As an alkaline solution that does not produce too much lactics in the system, take the alkaline Petrolagar - two tablespoonsful each day, one morning, one evening.
6. The massage should be given at least once each day, and when there is nervousness to the body we would apply same in EVENINGS - so that the body would rest of night, for the natural rest must come for recuperation to take place, especially in the nerve system.
7. We would also wear the Double X Radium Appliance across the small of the back, or across the solar plexus region from the back, see? This will give proper reaction to the blood supply and equalize the nerve reflexes. We would do that. Ready for questions.
8. (Q) What is meant by too much lactics? (A) Taking foods that produce too much of lactic in the system. Let the diet be of gruels, cereals, fruit, and as much green vegetables as the body may well assimilate, or broth from wild game - these are good, but not much flesh of ANY character, even though the system may apparently call for same. No beef, no HOG meat of ANY character, and little of the wild game flesh.
9. (Q) What is the cause of the fear habits? (A) That as given, the overtaxing of the nerve system through pressure produced in the change taking place in the genitive system and the effects of the system being subsidized by any of the narcotics that have subdued or subjugated nerve reaction. Hence that of the gentle massage that will relieve the ends of nerves and the pressure along centers in the cerebrospinal system, rather than muscular manipulation so much, see?
10. (Q) Is there one in ..., Va., that may give these properly? (A) The husband may give it, will the body but allow same! These should be given in the manner as outlined - gentle massage. Nurses here may give it - gentle massage over the whole system, see? Not a muscular - or the bones used as levers, or not the lights as have been used, for these - improperly accorded lately - gave improper reaction. Keep the system cleansed, even though enemas are necessary each day. Oil enemas would be well when this becomes troublesome, but the proper diet taken - with the Petrolagar and with those properties in the water - we will find this will be overcome. We are through for the present.
