1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, and those CONDITIONS about same. As we find, there are specific conditions that cause the distress in the physical forces of the body. Had these conditions, as we find, been taken in time, there would not have been the necessity for emergency conditions.
2. These conditions, as we find with this body, are as these, [5501] we are speaking of:

In the cerebrospinal system there are those pressures, in the cervical and upper dorsal, that have prevented the normal impulse to the functioning of the portions, or organs - in throat, in head; and with the accumulation of drosses there are hindrances in the functioning of the glands, and of tonsils, in the throat. Inflammation and poison accumulation has made for the loosing of poisons through this accumulation in the system. Had these pressures been released, there would have BEEN the proper circulation and we would not have had those existent conditions as at present. The toxic forces have reduced the vitality of the blood supply, and reduced the resistance in the general system.
4. As we would find, under the present conditions, the removal of those portions causing the disorder would be the more active and SURE way of relieving the distress - the sooner the better. While the blood supply is not at an even balance, there is the proper reaction in the coagulations for the body. This done properly, or operative properly, should not bring any bad after effects, provided that in a week to ten days there would be those properties given that will supply to the elements of the system that element which will function especially with the thyroids, and with the glands which make for better eliminations of dross tissue of drosses from the system - and also the correction of those centers in the upper dorsal and throughout the cervical region, through the manipulative - or OSTEOPATHIC - methods.

At least five to six such treatments or adjustments SHOULD CORRECT the condition, and make for better drainage throughout the system. This will be materially aided if at the same period there is taken daily three to five minims, in half a glass of water, of Atomidine. This we would do. Ready for questions.
5. (Q) How long should she keep up the Atomidine? (A) For two to three weeks, three to five minims daily.
The manipulations would be at least twice a week. BEGIN these as soon as the shock is over, or as soon as the healing has begun properly - from five to ten days after operation.
6. (Q) Is Tuesday, Jan. 19th, 1932, the proper date for this operation? (A) As given, as soon as possible would be well for the condition of the system - unless there are some UNSEEN conditions arising, or some act of the operator that is not in the best way and manner.
7. (Q) What should she be careful of? (A) That the CORRECTIONS ARE made, and that those properties necessary for the stimulation of the drainages of the glands ARE added to make for the proper balance in the physical functioning of the body.
8. (Q) Any special diet the body should follow after the operation? (A) That of a well balanced diet, that makes for a general replenishing or rebuilding of a system that has been under strain from poison from such conditions.
