1. EC: Yes, we have the body here. Now, we find there are many conditions as produce disturbances through out the system. While the conditions are in the form of various and diverse effects produced, the basis of the conditions are almost one - but the manner of affectation must necessarily, in this case, be taken into consideration; so that HERE we will find that conditions as well as the cause must be treated, would bettered conditions be brought to the body, and while the description of conditions and the irritation as is produced by the condition is of an aggravating and apparently serious nature at times, persistence, care, attention, and consistent treatments, will bring about wonders for this body. These, then, are conditions as we find them with this body, [5505], we are speaking of:
2. IN THE BLOOD SUPPLY, this we find shows, through many of the conditions as exist, the state of the body, especially as to the causes of disturbance; though the effect, even as is created from this condition in the blood supply, shows in VARIOUS ways that, poor eliminations and the overtaxing of some portions of elimination without the consideration of other conditions so affected by a disturbance in this direction, brings about the complications in the condition. As is seen, these are SOME of the effects existent: The condition in the lymphatic circulation, and the action of that as is called eczema in various portions of the body. ESPECIALLY does the disturbance worry the body where it affects exposed parts of the system, and in that manner takes on a form of other troubles that come from improper diet, as WELL as from the catarrhal conditions existent in the digestive system, so that the excretory and secretive functionings of the organs of the body become affected by the drosses as have been left in system from times and times back, thus producing a weakening of the lymphatic circulation, even in other portions of the body, as in the veins in the lower portion of the body. This produced by
5505-1 Page 2
the disturbances as have been existent in the lower portion of the hepatic circulation, especially as to the lymphatic circulation from kidneys, as well as that from the upper portions, producing irritation to the body through the interwoven forces of the exterior circulation, affecting the lymph, the lymph glands, the sweat glands, the portions of the body so affected by these drosses as to bring for the body those of affectation to the sensory system, as is seen in the manner in which the auditory and the sensory forces of the upper part of body are affected.
3. The effect of this on the NERVE SYSTEM also producing, at times, necessarily, those of irritations to the body in MANY ways, not only as for mental equilibrium and for the nerve forces as applied to the digestive system, but that also as irritating to the body in its peculiar activity as to the effect produced on the ability to coordinate, cooperate, with those through which the body applies self MENTALLY, bringing at times an accentuation of abilities in this direction, bringing at other times such an irritation to where the body finds life itself a DRUG, as it were, on the abilities of the physical body.
4. As to the ORGANS themselves, these we find are more or less in sympathy with the conditions as have been created in the body through this continued improper activity throughout the functioning of the organs. While there are little or few of these that have reached such proportions as to be called purely organic conditions, many are at the VERGE of such conditions.
5. Now, to meet the needs of these forces at the present time there will be the necessity of many changes in the physical applications, both as to medicinal forces and as to other vibrations as may be created for this body of [5505].
6. First, we would find that we would use THIS as a proper stimulus for the digestive system, as will be affected by the properties as are contained IN same to create a different reaction through the digestive and eliminating system. First, we would prepare as this:
7. Take 1/2 gallon of distilled water, and to this add 6 ounces of wild cherry bark and 2 ounces of Sarsaparilla root. Reduce this by simmering, not boiling, to 1/2 the quantity (1 quart). Strain while warm, then add 6 ounces of beet sugar. Reducing this again until we have 1 pint and 1/2 pint. Keeping the solution, however, together - add this: Tincture of Elixir of Ambrosia Weed.......1/2 ounce, Sulphate of Quinine........................29 grains, Elixir of Calisaya........................1/2 ounce,
5505-1 Page 3
Tincture of Stillingia....................1/4 ounce, Pure Grain Alcohol..........................2 ounces, with 1 dram Balsam of Tolu cut in same. Shake solution together before the dosage is taken, which should be teaspoonful at least 4 times each day.
8. We would also use, once each week, a high enema of 1/2 pint of Usoline or Russian White Oil.
9. After these properties have been taken, and the oil douches or enemas have been taken in the manner given, for at least 2 weeks - then we would add that of the vibration of the Double X Radium Appliance, worn across the small of the back or above the 10th dorsal vertebrae during the day - and this would be recharged at least once every day for two to three minutes in strong light.
10. Let the diet be those of the vegetable nature that are of the ALKALINE reaction. Little of meat juices may be taken, especially those of the lean beef - though none of the fat in same. Little of greases of ANY kind. Eggs, if the yolk only is eaten, may be used. The citrus fruits and of grapenuts should be the principal breakfast diet. Orange juice - grapenuts, and Bulgarian milk. Of the noon lunch, there may be preferably those of raw scraped carrots, of lettuce and celery, with little of beets or of the radish, or such nature, or asparagus. In the evening there would be that of the meat JUICES. None of the meat. Then a salad may be eaten, and again the milk - or that of Ovaltine may be taken as a drink.
11. Following this diet in a SYSTEMATIC manner, and with the properties as have been given, we will find much bettered conditions coming for this body. Ready for questions.
12. (Q) Is it possible to restore the sight of my left eye? and how can it be done in the most simple way? (A) The pain may be relieved by the use of the Appliance across the eye for at least one to two minutes (Not longer!) when the body rests in the afternoon or evening.
13. (Q) How can I improve the sight of my right eye? (A) By the use of the appliance.
14. (Q) How can I get rid of my rupture and also of the constant slight pain in the left big toe I have been suffering with for quite a while? (A) By removing the pressure as produces same, through the correction of eliminations and blood supply through the system. After these are taken for a period, there may be (and the period being four to six weeks) applied those CORRECTIVE forces in that of the osteopathic adjustments in the solar plexus centers, the radial forces of the upper
5505-1 Page 4
dorsal and lower LUMBAR regions, throughout the sacral also. These will relieve pain. Do not give these until AFTER these first properties and corrections are made in system.
15. (Q) How can I remove my eczema? (A) By correcting the blood supply. Well, for the exposed parts, were there rubbed over this occasionally those of equal parts of the tincture of myrrh and pure olive oil - heating the oil and adding the myrrh, making about a tablespoonful at a time. Apply this about once each week. That of the talc with that of balsam with it (which is called Balsam Talc) may be rubbed over same that is, the exposed parts - hands and face, and portions of the body that this shows on - and bring relief, and also prevent so much of the scaling.
16. (Q) Is it possible to improve the skin of my hands, which was always very dry and often looks shiny like oiled paper? (A) This has just been given, see?
17. That is all the questions.
18. Do this in the manners as have been outlined, in a persistent and consistent manner, following in the directions and in the ways and manners given, and we will bring much change and much improvement for this body, [5505]. Do that. We are through. Copy to Cayce Hospital
