1. EC: Yes, we have the body and those conditions as surround and affect same, [5509]. Now, we find there are rather the combination of disturbance in the physical organism of this body. These conditions have to do with the assimilation and with the effect as is produced in the character of the blood supply as created by these disturbances that affect same. So, it could NOT be said that the blood SUPPLY was wholly the cause, yet the conditions existent IN the blood stream are a source of affection to the functioning organs. Neither could it be said that the ASSIMILATIONS' disturbance caused the disorders in the system, yet their combined condition produce the disturbing forces. Hence we find the metabolism disturbed, the katabolism over-active and disturbed at other times. The pulsation or blood stream itself disturbed, especially as it affects the liver, the hepatic circulation, as related to the lower hepatic circulation. Also there are conditions in the nerve system that are produced BY these disturbances in the blood supply, as related to the distribution of forces as are produced in system for the resuscitation of the vital functioning, living, organism. Hence the often tired, depressed feeling - though it may only be spasmodic. This uselessness as is felt. These are affectations from the weakness produced in portions of system by this weakened condition in assimilation, and the effect as is created in various portions of the body. The effect as this creates in various portions are changeable. At times there is seen a souring, or an over-acidity, and under-acidity again. Re-gurgitation, especially, in the cardiac portion of the stomach. Also there is irritation at times to the lymphatic circulation, especially above the diaphragm. The weakness as is felt in pit of stomach at times; the tendency for odors to affect the body; the tendency of peoples, groups, conditions. These are not wholly sympathetic, but are often pathological condition - that is, the pathology of certain

portions of the system functioning under the strain, REBEL - and THEN the sympathetic and the sensory system responds to the conditions.

2. To meet the needs of these conditions, these will be found to, necessarily, be changed as conditions progress; that is, there should first be the basis for that as will affect the system in such a manner as to produce a better stimuli to the assimilating, and also to the distribution of the blood forces as may be changed by this change in the vibratory forces of the glands of assimilation, the emunctories and lymphatics - as they distribute in the system - both as to assimilation and elimination.

3. Then, we would first prepare those of this nature, in a compound as this: Better were this carried in that of both pepsin and wild cherry, or a cherry with the pepsin added. These are as REGULAR carriers. To 3 ounces of such, add: Compound Syrup of Sarsaparilla........1/2 ounce, Tincture of Stillingia................1/4 ounce, Elixir Calisaya.......................1/4 ounce, Cincho Syrup, or the syrup of Peruvian Bark...........1/4 ounce, Tincture of Capsici.....................2 minims. Shake solution together before the dose is taken, which would be half a teaspoonful in water, or followed by water, at least twice each day.

4. Before retiring we would use an electrically driven vibrator over the whole of the cerebrospinal, and especially using the sponge anode, or pad, over the head, face, neck and shoulders.

5. When there is at least two-thirds of these properties taken, we would give other directions. This would depend upon the conditions as are adhered to, and to that as has been brought about in the system.

6. In the diet, be mindful that these are kept in the proper order for the eliminations to take place near nominally; that is, evacuations, and that drosses from the colon do NOT disturb the equilibrium. Well that these be changed more by diet than by the use of cathartics. While the properties as are carried are to act on the various portions of the system in THIS manner:

7. The carrier, while as a carrier, is an addict to aid the mucus of the digestive system in being nearer that of the pepsin in the upper portion of the stomach, so that as food enters and spreads over the whole of the stomach proper it enters in a state where digestion will immediately begin to take place, rather than creating of such forces to the

5509-1 Page 3

injury of other portions of system.

8. The Syrup of Sarsaparilla forming - with the compounds - those of a CLEANSER, especially active in the glands that function through the straining or the assimilating of the first new blood.

9. Stillingia - an active force in the functioning of the liver, as related to the pancreas, and IS a stimuli TO same, as is the Calisaya, and ESPECIALLY the Calisaya with Peruvian Bark SYRUP will aid in destroying that tendency of WEAKNESS in the distribution of that assimilated - as well as that of the Capsici, will produce especially a stimuli to those secretions in pancreas and in duodenum, for the proper assimilation and ELIMINATION from the system. Do that. Ready for questions.

10. (Q) Is the spleen enlarged? (A) With the destruction of the blood cells as passes through same, and as is indicated from properties given, this would indicate a plethora condition existent in the spleen. THIS more mental, however, than organic.

11. (Q) Should white of egg be eliminated from the diet? (A) Would be WELL that it be eliminated, especially for the first portion of the taking of these properties.

12. That is all the questions.

13. We would give further instructions as conditions are changed, and developments come about. Do this as has been given. We are through for the present. Copy to Self " " Ass'n office " " Cayce Hospital
