Time of Reading 11:10 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Va. (Body and enquiring mind - Physical Suggestion - Questions body desires to know)
1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [5513]. Now, we find there are, in the physical forces of the body, conditions as cause disturbance in the physical functioning. These, as we find, have to do with the character of eliminations and the effect these have upon the organs OF elimination, the circulation, and the distribution of used forces, or drosses, in the system.
2. These, then, are conditions as we find them with this body, [5513], we are speaking of, present in this room:
3. THE BLOOD SUPPLY shows the character of disturbance, both as to the numbers of the red and white blood supply, as well as to the characterizations as seen in the lymph and the capillary circulation.
4. IN THE NERVE SYSTEM, here we find also disorders. These are not wholly sympathetic, but are of some specific natures also.
5. In the general functioning of the ORGANS of the system, themselves:
6. Brain forces are very good; discernment and discrimination are very good, and - KEPT in a manner in which the body-mental may have that IDEAL as a criterion - may develop much as to the abilities of the body.
7. The sensory organism shows at times the effects of the disturbance, and as to how organs themselves are affected; and sympathetically, eyes, nose, mouth, in the secretions, in the burning sensations as are produced, are the effects of a disturbance, especially in the eliminating forces as related to the hepatic circulation.
8. In the throat, bronchi and larynx, and lungs - these are very good, save where the disturbances in the circulation have brought for the system at times, under strain and stress under which the body has labored, with organs being under the strain of the improper circulation and eliminations of system, poisons backing up, this makes a
5513-1 Page 2
fullness for the lungs, and a tendency at times for cough, especially following rest or reclining for a period. This a sympathetic condition at present, but with the poor circulation, or without corrections, these may become accentuated through the amount of dross, or of refuse forces, as may be left in the activity of the lungs themselves.
9. Digestive system - this, with the condition as exists in liver, shows a very POOR digestion, and one tending toward that of acid in system.
10. In the heart's action itself, this at times shows for an increased pulsation, yet a SUBNORMAL pressure or activity.
11. In the liver itself - liver, pancreas and spleen - we find the seat or the cause of the distresses. With the backing up in the system, through the lack of the proper assimilations, and with the tendency of the the body to be over-strained at times, this - we find - has become congested, and the activities with the capillary and lymph circulation, is to attempt to eliminate those conditions from the system, as should be carried through that of the alimentary canal. Such indications as are seen in the lymphatics, especially in the extremities, and at times in portions of the body, becoming accentuated to those portions that are exposed to the light, or the sun's rays; coming, then, in the effect of that as, unless CHANGED, may make for a very troublesome condition to be dealt with. With the proper conditions made through those of the excretory and secretive functioning of the liver, spleen AND pancreas, with the rest of the digestive system, and with those of the assimilations changed, so that there are the PROPER assimilations for the system, these may be eliminated from the system, and the distresses removed.
12. In the lower hepatic circulation, the tendencies are to be less in the activity of the kidneys than is normal. Rather, then, the suppressed urine, than an excess, unless there are taken those properties that call for, or cause the system to be over functioning through these portions of the body.
13. These, then, are the conditions as we find them, and to meet them - we would find - these would be that, as WE would find, that would be the better conditions for the body:
14. First we would prepare as this. In this we would prepare at least FOUR. These, as we find, should be taken one day apart; that is, one taken - rest a day - then take the next. These would be that of EACH of the dosages as would be
5513-1 Page 3
taken, and these would be taken in the evening.
15. There should be, during this period, no MEATS of any character taken. Preferably those of milk, cereals, those of the whole wheat breads, gruels. Fruits in MODERATION may be taken, but no apples among those. Berries, peaches, pears, plums, apricots, or such, may be taken in moderation. Eggs - only the yolk of same. In those of the vegetables, those of spinach, beans, lentils, carrots, and such - these may be taken, but NOT those cooked with grease!
16. These, then, would be the dosages of those things taken for the correction of the liver, spleen, and is active with the gastric juices - especially of the lacteals, and through the duodenum: Podophyllum.......................1/4 grain, Cascara Sagrada...................1/2 grain, Dover's Powders...................1/4 grain, Leptandrin........................1/2 grain, Sanguinaria.......................1/4 grain, Senna.............................1/4 grain. Makes this, or make these as a dose - but make four doses.
17. Drink PLENTY of WATER in between times that these are to be taken.
18. Coffee - no tea - may be taken. Milk, Ovaltine, or of such - but no soft drinks or ICE CREAM! especially that, that is flavored with those of synthetic flavoring. Those that are of the NATURAL FRUITS, or such, may be taken in moderation, but no soft drinks of any character, nor no carbonated waters.
19. In the applications as these will make for the system, we would find, too, that for at least four to six treatments, or manipulations, to make for the proper DISTRIBUTION of those conditions as are stirred in system, will be for the better corrective measures.
20. We will find, for those abrasions, those that are used - in that of Plantain and cream - will be the best for the applications in the evening. Of mornings, when these are cleansed, would be well that these are dusted with Stearate of Zinc, Chalk, and of those of Sweetgum. These powdered, to be sure - or those as come in the compound. These, as we find, would clear the conditions for the body. Do that. Ready for questions.
21. (Q) Is it to the best advantage of body's health and happiness to remain at Virginia Beach? (A) The possibilities for the body are to the best advantage. As to whether they coincide with those of the
5513-1 Page 4
body's DESIRES, THAT'S to be built within self! The POSSIBILITIES are the greater.
22. (Q) Would marriage be advisable in the near future? (A) When the body is physically fit, but it isn't at present - yes; six to nine months.
23. (Q) How many manipulations should be given, and how often? (A) This has been given, as to how many. Put them as far apart as necessary to make for the best conditions for the system! He will know when he needs them, if he knows how! We are through for the present. Copy to Self " " Ass'n office " " Research Department " " Dr. Lydic
