1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [5514]. This we have had before. Now, apparently there are more of accentuated conditions in the system at present than those as we had them before. As was given in how the condition as had to do with the assimilations in the body caused or produced from the congestions as were being broken up in the liver, and of how conditions were to be distributed, or so exercised in the physical functioning as to be eliminated, and the normal excretory system and secretive system re-established in the body. Now, we find, with the breaking up of these conditions there has not been the eliminations as fully as there should have been, and that accumulations of the forces as exercise themselves through the active force of the blood supply being in the nature of anemic in some respects and over-active, or pressure, in other respects; producing, then, that of the swelling, as is indicated from the plexus of the radial forces to the extremities, and from below the kidneys.
2. Now, the conditions may assume alarming proportions, yet may be kept in hand - though, were the conditions to assume such proportions as for the organs themselves to become involved, then there could be little accomplished without smothering the organs in their functioning, and necessarily cut off the pressure, of the ability of the heart's functioning to force blood through those portions so cut off by nerve energy and the production of the serums, or of the water in the system. These, as we find, however, are being assisted by the stimuli as has been constantly given to the body. So, in cutting these off, we prevent the full activity of the heart in the existent condition. Then this stimuli, both of - or better alternated - Digital and of Strychnine, are well, through the conditions, but when these are given, well that the dosage of the properties as act with the liver be cut at least a third in dosage, else we produce too much stimulation to the lower portion of the

hepatic circulation. Well, also, with these changes made, that packs of Mullein be used across the lower portion of the cerebrospinal system, as well as lower portion of the abdomen. These not TOO hot, but sufficiently to assist in REDUCING the tendency of swelling, or that of the dropsical EFFECT - though not dropsy, in its sense of being able to accumulate, without the effect of the system's activity. Also would it be well for those properties as are given for such conditions, in the Homeopathic applications, be used, or what is COMMONLY called (though not of the extraction) bedbug juices - though these are for such conditions. We will find that this given in minute quantities will reduce this condition.
3. Stay off of the feet as much as possible. Keeping feet elevated, but BETTER that the body rest closer to the back than raising feet and head entirely up. Keep the manipulations occasionally to reduce the condition that CAUSES the improper circulation. Ready for questions.
4. (Q) What can be done to prevent shortness of breath? (A) Stimulating the heart's circulation, and reducing the tendency of swelling through abdomen and limbs, or about the locomotory plexus center, which is why the body should keep off of feet, for this naturally produces irritation. Irritation tends to carry that of the forces that produce accumulations of the water from the system, turning from the blood supply those of water in the system.
5. (Q) What causes the swelling? (A) Just as has been given.
6. (Q) Are his teeth affecting his condition? Would it be better if they were removed? (A) Those that are NEEDED to be would be better, but the teeth are NOT the CAUSE. They assist in KEEPING the poisons stirred in system, but only aid and are NOT the CAUSE of condition. The cause originating from that as has been given, in the condition of the liver, and the effect as has been produced on assimilation and excretory system.
7. (Q) What will assist the eliminations? (A) As given.
8. (Q) Is this condition what is commonly known as dropsy? (A) Dropsical in its effect on the system, not dropsy. As was given, one is the serums - or water of the system - expressing themselves from inflammation in the body. The other is the ability of condition, THROUGH inflammation, to bring about accumulations. One is dropsy, the other is a dropsical condition - though not necessarily dropsy. It may turn to same, if inflammation comes with it. Hence the condition as has been given for the eliminations through

that of the applications from exterior, reduction of the forces as assist in the producing of better digestive forces and assimilating internally, and the application or giving of those vibrations as produce the heart's stimulation without TOO much of it - as has been given, in the changing from that of Digitalis and of the other properties, so that they may work in accord and not bring the SAME condition as EXISTS there in the heart's force itself, or else we would produce plethora ABOUT THIS condition and then bring about dropsy. Also the giving of those properties as are of the homeopathic application for dropsical forces, as are from the inflammation of conditions in and about the nerves as are seen here.
9. (Q) Where may this Homeopathic application be obtained? (A) Any place where they sell it! Use plain common sense! That's foolish!
10. (Q) Any further advice? (A) Do that as we have given. We will bring better conditions for this body.
11. (Q) How soon might this body be brought to normal? (A) Dependent upon the manner and way the applications are made, and the response the body makes. This is merely as saying, how soon would it rain. Dependent upon the effects as are created in the physical body, and of the body's application to those things as may be given, and how these are applied. The REMOVAL of that PRODUCING same, and the system's ability to respond depends entirely upon activities towards same.
12. (Q) How often should the Mullein be applied, and how long at the time? (A) Used when the body lies down for rest, in the place of the oil packs. These are moved, then, from about the liver to the lower portion of the cerebrospinal system, or across the lumbar and sacral, and the lower part of the abdomen, or along limbs - wherever there is swelling.
