Time of Reading 4:20 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Maryland. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here - this we have had before. In many respects we find the general physical conditions of the body show some improvements. There is not as much exhaustion as formerly from nominal exercise; there is more activity in the intestinal system; there is some show of changes in the liver and its excretory functioning. These, as has been outlined, would BEST be improved by the body's making the BUSINESS to see the system improve, rather than tending business and others added as a secondary condition; but, to INCREASE the excretory forces of the liver, we would add those of the packs WITH those of the CLEANSING of the colon. We will find that the irritation to the skin will be most benefited by the use of Stearate of Zinc and Balsam for the powders, about an application twice each week of the violet ray; NOT OVER those portions that show irritation, but from those CENTERS which the active forces OF the system show that the radiation comes from. As will be seen, these will be in the 3rd and 4th and 5th dorsal, and in the lower lumbar regions. These are accumulations of drosses, and not that of the purely eczema in the system - but with the system's continuing much of that, or all of that as outlined, and adding the oil packs and those of the others as given, great GOOD may come from these; but MOST would come from making the business to get better; for this will aid the eyes, and aid the system much better by the rest and the recuperative forces, for the sleeplessness, for the irritations in system as general. Do that. Ready for questions.

2. (Q) What, if anything, can be done to reduce blood pressure? (A) You do this, as we have given, and it'll reduce it alright! Get that liver down to acting nearer normal. Keep off those gases and those pressures in colon, and it'll reduce it!

3. That is all the questions.

4. We are through for the present.
