1. EC: Yes, we have the body here - this we have had before. Many physical changes have taken place since last we had the physical forces as regarding this body. Some are for the betterment. Some still show existent conditions, or the result of existent conditions that were not entirely corrected throughout the system; yet in the general way and manner the physical forces are such as, with care, attention, and with the proper reactions to the physical forces as developments take place, we would find the body building in a nominal way and manner.
2. These should not be begun with the physical forces that which will cause the body to be in that position wherein the actions will be continually causing upsets to the digestion or the assimilating system of the body, and these may be kept more by the body being kept free from constant pampering, or constant following too close to those things as RULES. Rather let the body become a rule within itself towards those conditions as may be administered for the proper reaction, and then let the system, the vitality of the body, respond within itself. Ready for questions.
3. (Q) Should he take cooked cow's milk or cooked goat's milk? and how many ounces should he take in 24 hours? (A) The goat's milk will be the more satisfactory. Not necessary that it be continually used as cooked milk. This necessary for the time being, but this may be gotten away from gradually as the conditions assert themselves toward the rebuilding and replenishing of the body.
4. (Q) Should it be given diluted now or full strength? (A) Diluted when necessary. Full strength when the body will assimilate it.
5. (Q) Can he take Bulgarian buttermilk? or would it be of benefit now? (A) Not now. This may come later, as the developments come and the body is able to assimilate and use same.
6. (Q) Should he take meat broths of any kind of meat?
5520-3 Page 2
(A) That of BEEF JUICES; not broths. Broths may be given OCCASIONALLY of wild game (bird or fowl), but rather weak then. The beef JUICE may be given (diluted), and will be a body, blood and bone builder. Be sure there's sufficient calcium kept in all that given as diet, and keep the body in the SUNSHINE as much as possible.
7. (Q) Would any reduced iron in drugs do him any good? (A) Not at present, if the properties are given in other things that carry those necessary vitamins that will build. Little drugs for this body.
8. (Q) Please name all vegetables that he needs now to build him up, and which raw and which cooked. (A) These cooked: Beans, cabbage, spinach, tomatoes. These may be given in small quantities. These may be given raw AND cooked: Carrots, beets, peas, tomatoes. These may be given raw OR cooked in small quantities, as they assimilate or are taken up properly by the system. Use discretion. MOST the body needs is sunshine, and the milk, and those as given in the juice.
9. (Q) How much orange juice does he need? (A) That of two or three oranges will be well for the body.
10. (Q) Each day? (A) Each day.
11. (Q) Should he take apples, cooked or raw? (A) No.
12. (Q) What cereals should he eat? (A) Those that are dry in their natural form, any of these occasionally, or changed, are well. These may be moistened with the milk.
13. (Q) Should he have any sugar at all? If so, name kind? (A) Beet sugar, little in and with the cereals and the cooking.
14. (Q) Should he eat bananas in any form? (A) No.
15. (Q) Should he eat cornbread cooked with eggs and soda? (A) Cornbread without the eggs and soda is better for the body; that known as ash cake, or that as scalded cornbread with the bean juice is excellent for the body.
